This is an honest review from start to finish... I have been to cosmic phones multiple times now for issues with my phone / to purchase new phones, I have taken laptops in to get fixed . An the service again tonight was exceptional. The shop was reopened so that I could collect a phone that was for a family member an he was more than helpful as usual. Service is always 5* and as per the device I purchased is like brand new. Always so knowledgeable about the devices. I know there is a lot of phone shops in Dunfermline but I highly recommend cosmic phones. Thanks again 😊

Exceptional Customer Service - these guys are amazing! My iPhone was telling me I had liquid in my charging port. My anxiety was through the roof! I left it with these guys and returned 1 hour later to a perfectly functioning phone and everything was explained to me. So happy to have found these guys (they were recommended to me) and I will definitely be using their services again. I don't normally leave reviews but I can't praise these guys enough and would highly recommend them.

Very good service and friendly as well. Got my daughters ipad up and running with a new screen and fault including random restarts all for a very good price. Definitely use them if you have any faults.

First time user of Cosmic Phones Dunfermline 21/11/22, and went in a little sceptical in case got blinded by tech talk which didn't understand, but shouldn't have worried ,the man in there is fantastic, explained everything to me and even did it there and then for me. Excellent service - deep product knowledge, fast turnaround, kept their promises and are competitively priced. I last used this company in Dunfermline when they were called Cosmic PCs (now Cosmic Phones Ltd) so I wasn’t sure whether they would handle my Apple iMac repair/enhancement which was a non-trivial ask. They did. I am delighted with the job done and with the resulting performance enhancement on my iMac. This is a high integrity, high knowledge outfit.

Guy who deal with our broken laptop was professional and kept word he said (no like other service, who had my other laptop for nearly 2 months without repairing it). Was quoted almost twice (another repair shop) what these guys quoted and I could get the phone back within an hour from them. Phone looks like it did new! Would definitely recommend these guys. Helpful and upfront and very good value for money

My iPhone X became the victim of high street traffic after dropping it unknowingly! Anyhoo the screen was severely cracked and I phoned cosmic phones for an enquiry for repair! An appointment was made and damage was fixed within 40 minutes! Outstanding service and quality workmanship was provided at a reasonable price! My opinion cheapest around dunfermline area ,instead of goin to charge myself certain amount to replace a 4yr old s7 the guy actually sold me brand new phone for same amount in which it would have cost also out of courtesy had to order case for it an is goin to post it for free,a would reccomend any1 2 use this shop out of the rest in area .
