Had a Zippo that required a large amount of engraving done, this was for a gift for a relative, it was professionally completed and with great service and was good value for the money spent. The gentleman that served me was polite, very knowledgeable and patient even when trying to help the rude woman he served before me. Have used the kiosk for watch straps in the past and have no complaints in service or the level of commitment given to customers

All staff are professional and happy to help. I've used Dr Fix (Dunfermline) for many years now. I had an issue with a watch which was only 18mths old, in brand new condition but had stopped working - with a new battery. The staff were happy to help and look at it, got it working and with no charge! Excellent customer service. Thank you.

I popped passed the booth to get some assistance with my phone's charger port. The staff member was brilliant really personable and attentive and was able to quickly help whilst reassuring me throughout. We had a chat about a replacement screen and costs were advised honestly and unforcefully. He genuinely was interested in the RIGHT thing for me. To top it all off as the charging port fix was so easy and quick, he did not charge me. To say I cannot fault his service, I'm ashamed to say I didn't catch his name, would be inaccurate. I enjoyed the interaction and went away very happy, which is much better. Outstanding job that I will happily talk about

My dad recommended Dr Fix after they changed out his old phone battery and said they were very reasonable. My phone charge point has had an issue for some time, as chargers would not go into my phone with a good connection. The man (didn't get his name) repaired the charge point in minutes. He then refused to take any money after I insisted on giving him something for doing the repair. Not many companies would do that. The very least I can do is leave a good review. Very helpful and an absolute gentleman. I will definitely go back there in future if me or my wife have problems with phones/watches, as I would trust them 100%. Very grateful for the help!

I first saw Ben on fri 4th june fir a new battery and hopefully a new strap. You didn't have one I was looking for but he said he'd order one and see if I like it. Fab! Craig fixed my wifes broken gold watch, unfortunately there is little demand for these type of things so we couldn't sell it easily.
