I smashed the screen on my Google pixel 4 xl and took it to Phone Expert. Never had a screen in stock so i was offered a free replacement phone for a couple of days until the replacement arrived. New screen is working perfectly and they also threw in a couple of free cases to make up for not having a replacement available which they did not need to do. Used this service twice so far for my Sony Xperia XA1 ultra. First time was for a smashed screen which was replaced super fast. Second time was for a damaged power port and the black screen of death. I contacted a few shops in to see if they can unlock my phone as I bought phone online and had a google account on it already, they said they cant bypass it but phone expert said they would do it no problem and reset the phone to factory settings as they said they would and at a very reasonable price. It was clearly explained to me that there was a risk of damaging the screen with my particular model which I was willing to accept and gave them the go ahead. Highly recommend this business, I was having problems with I phone where screen was unresponsive or had a mind of its own. Unlike other repair shops who had insisted on software updates these guys listened to what was happening, saw the fault and repaired it in less than an hour. Excellent service, very fairly priced! This is a 2-man operation in the centre of Dunfermline and (quite incredibly), they can offer most repairs in around an hour. I needed the Recent Apps and Back button replaced on a Samsung Galaxy S6. The shop was clearly busy, yet the service technician offered to have my phone assessed and repaired in an hour or so. If any of you have ever watched a tear-down video of the SGS6/7/8 phones, you will understand how incredibly difficult it is to tear down these handsets, never mind repair and return the device in such a short space of time! I have no hesitation at all in recommending these guys. Both are courteous, friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. Their professionalism immediately fills you with confidence, which is something that few traders in the Technical Services and Repairs industry manage to do.

Just read a comment below that surprised me greatly. I've used these guys for 6 years , from when they were on Kirkcaldy High Street, and have been a customer at both of their shops in Dunfermline and I've had nothing but the most courteous, polite, efficient and professional service from them. Their prices are both competitive and more than reasonable and, more than that, the guys who work there know their stuff and can give reliable advice and service. Only last week they worked on my Samsung and brought it back from the brink - i honestly can't recommend them enough.

Brilliant customer service!!! Shop was closed after 6pm and My girlfriend had an emergency and desperately needed to get her screen replaced. Had my iPhone 5S in for a screen replacement on 1st August 2018. Could not have asked for nicer, more understanding and pleasant staff members. Once the new screen had been put on, my vibration and Microphone (When on loud speaker) stopped working properly, one of the staff members very professionally asked me to leave my phone with them for another 45 minutes (Which I did) I went back after the 45 minutes and the staff member had changed the whole screen unit again and the vibration motor was fixed for not extra cost. The staff member also tried his hardest to fix the microphone but had never seen anything like it before and was unable to fix it. Although the microphone was not fixed, it was definitely still a 5 Star quality service. Thanks a lot guys! 😁

Amazing little shop, go in say what the problem is and a solution is given right away. Left phone with them being unable to use it as screen was completely goosed. I smashed the back of my Iphone 4S, having called both my provider and Apple to get costings to replace a colleague suggested I try the Phone Expert. For £20 I had my phone repaired as new within 15 minutes. Fantastic service and really good guy, helpful without being pushy. Definitely recommend.

My wife's phone was stolen on Sunday evening. On monday I went in to The Phone Expert to see if anybody had tried to sell it. I left my wife's IEMI number with the shop and asked if anyone brings it in to call me. 3-4 hours later I got a call from the Phone Expert saying they had my phone and I can pick it up my wife was over the moon. Forget the rest - Phone Expert is the best. Amit and his team carried out a miracle repair on my daughter's Wileyfox Swift 2 just before Christmas. Yesterday took in 2 broken Hudl tablets after a friend recommended them. (The 4Square insurance that I took out thro Tesco said they wouldn't fix coz it wasn't "cost effective"!... don't ever use 4Square...the insurance isn't worth the paper it's written on!). Anyway, 1 tablet had the charging port damaged beyond use and wouldn't charge any more and the other had a broken headphone jack point. Phone Expert Dunfermline said they'd be able to fix them both. They suggested I come back in about 1.5hours. Off I went and had a cuppa nearby before returning as suggested. Hey presto, both Hudls working like new. Brilliant. I also thought that the cost was more than reasonable... £25/tablet. Can't complain about that. They will be my first stop if I need anything looked at again. Think they should change the shop name though (to include tablets) as I wouldn't have gone there if someone else hadn't said they do tablets too.
