Went to Dunfermline 3 store after Perth store failed to help with a product problem. David at Dunfermline was brilliant, managed to rectify my Partner's phone problem and at the same time dealing with another customer. David is a credit to the Dunfermline 3 Store and we will be switching our custom to Dunfermline and away from Perth in future.
