r. m.5 stars is not enough for Liam who works there. I live abroad in Australia and during covid I have not been able to come home and help with technology for my elderly mother. Liam has went above and beyond for my mum and explained everything for her in a way which she understands. An absolute credit to the company and Dungannon.
c. h.Open again after lockdown, good selection of phones on display, friendly and knowledgeable staff to advise and assist you. Social distancing in place at the 1m level which makes talking and listening easier for customers and staff.
Parking available in the close by Market Square.

D. W.I had a problem with my Samsung phone and called at the Dungannon 02 store on Thursday 21st July 2016 at 0945. I was immediately met by a young female employee who listened attentively as I described my difficulties to her. She left me seated and returned almost immediately with the 02 Guru, Ian Robinson. Ian displayed a courteous,efficient and very professional manner in his dealings with me and in no time had diagnosed the cause of my problems. He took time to explain to me what remedial measures he would have to take and in less than 15 minutes I was leaving the store with my phone fully operational again. What was obvious to me whilst I was in the busy shop was the number of
customers who left with a contented smile having received similar satisfactory service. Later I had to return to the shop as I had difficulty in pairing my phone to my vehicle's hands free equipment. (the problem was caused by my own actions) and I met Darren who once again took time to assist me and in fact came out onto the street to my car to resolve the matter. I must applaud the service provide by the 02 team in Dungannon.
