Cant complain at all. My phone stopped charging! Nightmare. I gave the store a call, they asked the relevant questions and asked me to pop in. I was there within 30 minutes and within an hour was gone with my phone fixed! It was taken apart, diagnosed, replacement part found and inserted and all put back together. All at a very reasonable price too! perfect. ***** highly recommended

Smashed my phone at the weekend going to work. Went round Durham asking for quotes to get it fixed. Durham Tech was by far the cheapest and most honest about the ins and outs of the job. He got it fixed for me at a great price and even chucked in a free screen protector. I couldn't recommend the service enough!

When I dropped my phone and it no longer charged, I brought it over to Durham Tech. I left it there and was asked to come back within half an hour. I did so and it was fully functional again, charging as normal. So pleased!!

I needed a replacement battery and the owner was very kind and patient with my issue, ordering the battery and replacing it the next day and then telling me very useful tips for saving battery life. The price was fair for the expert service and I highly recommend the store.
