Had the screen and rear glass/back replaced on my iPhone 11pro here today. Extremely knowledgeable and honest guy. Phone was repaired to a high standard within the short time frame agreed. He had me test the phone and ensure I was happy before taking payment. He also gave 12months warranty & a free screen protector. Highly recommended and far better than others in the area!

Just amazing!! My iPad was dead. Wouldn’t charge. Tried everything. Apple quoted £460.00 to fix it, otherwise it was going to be a trip to Newcastle to the Apple Store. Then I saw JS Phones on the net. Took it in Friday morning, saw Usman. He said he would call me Friday afternoon or Saturday. He called me Saturday morning to say it is fixed. Very sensible price. I had an accident with the screen of my Macbook Pro, and sought help here because the Apple service is too expensive. The staff here is very helpful and understanding. Knowing that I am visually impaired and can only use my personalised laptop, they have found a supplier that can send for a new screen quicker, allowing me to pick up my repaired laptop the next day. I am really thankful for their service and I am grateful for their consideration of their customers' need first.

Took a phone in on the Saturday, talked with the guy about what the potential issues were, what he could do to fix it and what the costs may be. An initial teardown was done same day to diagnose the issue, a faulty camera was identified. The part was ordered in and the work was completed by Thursday. Overall I paid £40 to fix the issue. Phone works without any problems, I am beyond happy with the result, price and speed.

Excellent service and customer care. Very polite and helpful. I took in an old 'phone which needed a new battery. When the new battery was put in, it revealled an invisible crack on the screen which meant the screen did not work. A new screen was needed which was fitted at no extra charge. I was kept informed of what was happening and was very happy with the outcome.

An expert, professional service from this specialist. I rang for a number of quotes first & when I rang JS to get a quote for a very badly damaged IPad I immediately knew I was dealing with a professional. The iPad was taken to JS, assessed, repaired and home within a few hours and at the best price when compared to the other quotes. I needed the charging port fixed on my one plus 5. Contacted the company on there Facebook page and they ordered the part. A couple of days later I took my phone in to have the charging port replaced and asked them to message me when the phone is finished or if there is any problems. Upon getting a message and returning to the store I found that they had cleaned the charging port, didn't think it was worth replacing and wanted to charge me £15. Long story short, I refused to pay for a service I didn't ask for, I paid the £8 to cover the price of ordering the part and was flabbergasted that a repair shop didn't do the service which I wanted to pay them for. 3 stars - atleast they didn't damage the phone. Update 1week later: The charger on the phone has started to break again. The cleaning process done by JS Phone's and Computers only fixed the phone for 1 week.

Great experience! One of the letters ('E') on my Macbook Pro keyboard had spoilt and I brought my laptop there for repair. Even though they did not have the letter that was spoilt on my laptop, they kindly ordered it for me. 😊 It took 3 days for the letter to arrive and they promptly let me know and they fixed it for me on the spot. iPhone 5S had black down a quarter of the screen and it had been loose for ages, and for pretty cheap and in under 30 mins he sorted it. He also cleaned out the inside of my phone from where it’d been loose, and sorted out my camera cable or something for free!! Bad customer service in the store, but the owner made it right later. The story. Today I went to buy a computer mouse. I had seen computer mice in the window, and thought I would try this store as it appears to be a small business and I would generally expect good service and good prices at such places. I went in with my wife, we picked out the cheapest one (£6) and went to pay for it. We were told credit cards were not accepted for purchases under 10 pounds so we paid for it with cash and were given our change but no receipt. We left, went to Wilko's and while browsing the store saw very very similar computer mice for £2.75. At that point we headed back to JS Phones and Computers to return the mouse as we obviously didn't get a very good price for it. We had just been in JS Phones and Computers 15 minutes earlier but we were told that the employee was not permitted to do a refund. We had JUST been there. There is no chance he forgot who we were in that small of a time. We hadn't opened or even touched the computer mouse, but were told only an exchange would be permitted. Every other mouse was more expensive. There is no sign saying that there are no refunds available (and no signs saying that credit purchases must be 10 pounds or more), and any decent store would happily refund a purchase made less than 15 minutes before. I asked to speak with the manager and I was told the manager was not in. I asked for a phone number for the manager, and was given two. The first number went back to the store, where I was reminded very unkindly by the employee that the manager was not in. The second number I called 3 times and got an immediate message that "This person is not currently able to accept calls" Obviously an outdated number. Owner later contacted me and offered me a refund for the mouse. Good to see he's trying to make it right, but it would be better if this hadn't happened in the first place.
