I just want to thank both Joanne & Danielle for the help received over my friend Jean's mobile phone. Joanne- 25 Mar 2022 patient, created lovely rapport with Jean (92) told us both what she was doing with the phone & explained about Google being backed up for the transfer of data to new phone. Danielle 1 Apr 2022 - patience of a saint whilst the transferring data from old phone to new one for Jean. Explained exactly what Danielle was doing & what had been transferred over. Thank you both for your time & patience. Jean really appreciated it.

Very helpful staff, I'd lost my phone (which had my train tickets on) and michelle I store was able to show me how to track and locate my device. Without her assistance I could have been stuck several hundred miles from home!

Popped in to find out if they knew the answer to a problem I had experienced recently. The girl was really helpful , and said if it happened again to pop back, as they dealt with this type of thing all.the time. (Was only in Durham for work call).

Today I needed help as I've been receiving scam calls I called into the Durham shop and a gentleman was so helpful nothing was a problem and he's got things sorted for me this is the 3rd time I've needed help and each time I left happy with the service that is why I bought my new phone from the shop I tell everyone to go there because of how I'm looked after you have fantastic staff there thanku so much
