My phone was water damaged and the screen was completely black and I feared not fixable. I dropped by the shop and left my phone with the gentleman and in less than 24hours he'd rang me to say my phone was fixed and ready to collect! The repair is seamless, screen is perfect and phone works perfectly now. Polite, helpful, fantastically quick, I would really recommend. Thank you!

After badly damaging my Mac I thought it might be broken beyond repair, but Phone Gadget restored it to almost-new condition for a reasonable price. Both sides of phone repaired and phone ready to collect the morning after the evening I dropped it off! Competitively priced as well :) would recommend! 5 stars if the collect time was more accurate however I only had to wait half an hour so not too fussed.

Came here to get my phone screen repaired. Screen worked fine before, but had cracks in it. After the repair, the screen has started becoming unresponsive a couple of times per day, which never happened before the repair. The work was expensive and also took longer than it was supposed to.

Excellent service. Got a repair on a broken and unworkable iPhone 6S screen for £70 that was going to cost £300 from Apple. It took only 1 hour to fix and works as good as new. Very efficient and friendly staff! Highly recommend this store to anyone.

Really really good place, got my phone fixed here, fairly fast (given it was a Sony) and cheap (again for a Sony). Good cases, lots of choice. Would definitely recommend. Update: my phone battery died (completely new problem), fixed again no bother. Seriously recommend this place, they know what they are doing!

My phone stopped taking a charge and I am from the U S. Was referred to Stormfront across the street and they didn’t even try to fix it but gave directions to Apple in Newcastle. The gentleman at phone gadget diagnosed the problem in front of us. Had to keep phone but gave us the sim card. Fixed perfectly and reasonably in 48 hours.

Fixed my cracked screen here for 50 pounds in 30 minutes which would be 140 if i do it in Apple. The screen is apparently not as sensitive as before but still works. The staffs are very nice though.

Samsung S4 battery - bought a Samsung replacement battery 27 February 2019. Returned it Monday 20 May 2019, suffering from "battery swell". Guy was very helpful, acknowledged it was a problem with the S4 and replaced the battery with a new one.
