Messed up my camera on my phone and came in, got a quote and we were able to do the fixes we could with the budget I currently have. Only took a couple hours so gave me a chance to go enjoy local businesses while I waited! Really lovely service 😊 my camera is so much better!

Excellent for nintendo switch repairs! I am very happy with the service and repair I got from the team. Very east to speak to and they even called to keep me posted on the repair progress. Already speaking to them to get my ipad repaired. Will definitely use again!

Best laptop repair shop in Edinburgh!! Three other shop couldn't fix my laptop because my laptop was Japan made and can't find the parts here (First store I vist took me more than two weeks to figure out they can't find the parts). However, Leomax fixed for me by using the similar parts and ajust it to my laptop in oen week (including ordering the parts). Also, price was reasonable and staff was so kind.Great shop!!!

Excellent shop for mobiles and computer accessories. I went there to print some documents. The person at the shop was so polite and too much helpful. By mistake I printed in color format, however he gave me 1 pound discount on a total amount of £4, so I had to pay £3 only.

I would grateful like to thank the team at leomax. I cracked my screen on my iPhone 12. Asked for a quote for a renewal screen, happy to pay as the phone is just a year old.. Took it for repair and collected just over a hour later. Staff member advised me that the glass was cracked and charged me £5 only. Phone is perfect!! Brilliant service. Dropped my Samsung down the toilet and after a few days in rice, I contacted these guys. They did their best and worked hard to get it back but it was too late. No fix no fee even though they worked on it a couple of times. We will definitely use them again though and would recommend.

My partner's phone would not charge so I went to O2 and at the cost of £30 got an induction charger. Then he needed to connect the phone by cable to his laptop - that had not been sorted by a new way of charging - so I called Leomax, "Could they help?" "Sure, come down. It may be just dirt, or if not, I can change the charging port for you" So I went, they took it to the back and five minutes later it was working, lint from the portal removed, checked that it worked with my cable. Fixed. No charge!! I would advise you to go to Leomax before darkening the doors of O2 or anyone else. Johnny

I'll be taking my things back here whenever they need attention. I can trust them. For me, trust is all important when electronics are being fixed. If a sole is flapping off my shoe, I can see what's wrong. If something isn't working in my phone though, I have to rely entirely on other people to tell me what the problem is. So when I took a phone in because it wouldn't charge, aware that the cost was likely to be a reasonable-seeming £35 for a replacement 'bit', my trust was immediately earned when I was told the 'bit' was just a bit dusty, that it had been cleaned in the two minutes I had waited, and that it would now work as good as new. There was no charge. I'm delighted that I've found somewhere I can trust.

I've used these guys for a number of years. The guys are good. Had several older phones repaired. Precision work on my 11 year old Xperia mini phones for example. I'd suggest you go to them everytime.

Highly Recommend Leomax, they ordered in and installed a screen protector for me, the screen protector was in shop the following day from enquiring, and installed in less than 10 minutes ! My phone looks great after the numerous attempts on my behalf of trying to install a screen protector without any air bubbles! These guys got it done first time of asking! They where extremely friendly and all you can ask for from this shop 5/5 starts cheers guys.

Very swift screen repair. There was also a much more complicated repair with the mother board to get the camera working - they ordered parts in for me which didn't solve the issue - they didn't charge me for the parts, and they did end up fixing the damage, and getting the phone fully working again. Very helpful and communicative, I would highly recommend Leomax both for the phone repair, and the customer service.

I needed my battery replaced in my phone. I walked in at 10 am and it was ready by 12. He asked me detailed questions about why I thought I needed a new battery and actually tried to talk me out of it as he didn't think I needed a new one but I insisted on a new one anyways. He gave me back my old battery as a spare. Friendly, knowledgeable, honest and only £25 for the battery and labour. Highly recommended!

Got a new battery and screen today Went here after reading reviews - superb service and prices It’s a busy place which is a good sign The guy who works there is very honest- the customer before me thought he needed a new battery as his fone was not charging ,which he could have got and been charged for .Instead the guy took an instrument to the charging port cleared it out and put it in a charger to show him the problem no longer existed. Came in to have the smashed screen on my iPhone repaired & had some great customer service. One of the most reasonably priced places I could find in Edinburgh and completed within the hour. Staff were very polite and knowledgeable and took the time to explain how my screen had been repaired. Would definitely recommend!

Very knowledgeable & friendly staff. I had an issue where I broke the hdmi port on my new xbox series x. Yarick was referred to me through a different shop I tried & I'm really glad I met the man. I had to go to the shop a couple of times because this is very new technology. Both times I was greeted politely I'm very pleased to say my xbox is now back home & working. Yarick went above & beyond to get my xbox fixed. It was fixed to a point it would work on older tvs but would not connect to either my 4k or HD tv but today I collected my xbox & it now connects to all TVs. I genuinely thank you for fixing my xbox. The work took a lot less than I thought & tbh thought I'd ruined my pride & joy. Thank you yarick for the time you took & the effort. Its genuinely so appreciated. Very knowledgeable & polite. Communication was a big step up to other places & the work done is highly professional. The cost to me was little in comparison to what the manufacturer offers so I'm extremely happy. Seriously 10/10 from me.

Charging port on my phone was broken, called/messaged a few places but Leomax offered the best price and the quickest turn around, I paid upfront and they managed to repair the existing part for a reduced cost and refunded some of my money without hesitation. So if you want my advice forget about overpriced pop up stalls in shopping centres and go to Leomax for all your mobile phone, tablet and laptop repairs I can't fault them.

So many different companies said that they wouldn't touch my Surface Pro touch screen and other companies would have been incredibly expensive. At Leomax I got very helpful advice, professional service and a very fair price. I would recommend Leomax to anyone for an amazing service and repair!

I used a price comparison service and Leomax offered the best price to replace the battery on my iPhone SE. The battery was replaced within an hour and my phone was returned in the same condition as it was when I dropped it in. Very happy with the service. Would use again.

Took my lg g3 in for a screen repair. Fixed with 2 1/2 hours. Came in a couple of weeks later as I noticed my battery was going down like crazy. They practically changed the whole phone and replaced my screen protector that I just bought free of charge, as they honoured the 60 day repair warranty. These guys treated me very well and would recommend them.

Great service and the cheapest prices that I could find. Dropped my phone in water and had a few issues. They fixed all the issues and gave me a free glass screen protector but only charged me for the new battery! Didn't catch the name of the person who served me but he was so helpful and ensured everything was working before giving me back the phone.

Absolute Heroes. 16/11/2020 Crisis. The cat chewed through my laptop cable and I'm doing virtual courses at uni, the shop I bought the cable was right across town as I didn't know about leomax. I thought I needed a new cable which was going to cost another £40 as the cat had chewed through my original one. I found Leomax, went in and told my situation, sadly they didn't have any cables that were right for my laptop and I began to panic as the next lecture was in 2 hours! Thankfully the genuinely empathic staff member (sorry I didn't get his name) said he could fix the cable within this time frame and get it sorted for me, saved my day completely and I've wrapped up the cable from that Ruddy cat. I took two of my computers in store, my Sony laptop over which I had spilt tea on it, and a apple macbook pro whose charging connection was causing lot of issues. The price of £25 for diagnostics on the laptop seemed reasonable. One of the staff came out to chat, and understood my POV immediately. He gave me a quote reasonable for fixing both. Very pragmatic, very polite! I'd use them again simply because I hope I never have another problem with my computer, but if I did, I would. Recommended.

Went in this morning with an iPhone with a charging socket that wasn't charging properly. A very kind and helpful man took a look at it and said there was fluff in the socket - he went back and cleaned it out in a minute. No charge. And I am very grateful and feeling a bit stupid. So if your iPhone is not charging very well, check for fluff!

What sets Leomax apart from its competitors is the degree of customer service on offer. When my Samsung S7 Edge broke, they were kind enough not to rip me off and offered me free advice before I made my decision to run it by Vodafone first. When my laptop broke, they were able to solve the problem within a very short time without compromising any data. Equally, they have been able to fix things that aren't even made anymore; I have a nostalgic attachment to my iPod Classic, and in spite of the difficulty in acquiring the necessary parts they have been successful in fixing it.

I have a Imac 27in and I was informed by Apple that the LCD screen had failed so I order a recondition one and asked LeoMax to replace it but they informed me that the LCG screen was working fine and it was the backlight that need to be replaced.
