Thank you Mr Fix for such quick, careful and kind service! This was the first time that I had used the shop. From the start, the staff were courteous and clear about prices, service times and pick-up. I took two phones in - one with a smashed screen and one that had stopped working. My phone screen was fixed quickly and staff took time to work out what was wrong with the other phone and fixed it without any fuss. Both repairs were well-priced. I'd highly recommend Mr Fix.

I have been in to Mr Fix It in Tollcross twice. My Huawei P20 Pro would not charge as the connector had, I think , become dirty. The guy cleaned it and did not charge for doing so. The phone charged perfectly afterwards. I have just had the glass back replaced and a new case and screen protector fitted. The phone looks and operates like new. A great shop with very helpful staff. I would recommend this business.

Only place in Edinburgh that had the parts in stock. First camera lens was faulty so camera didnt focus, so they took the phone back and replaced the lense again for free. Communication not the best, could do with a system to send automated email, text and call when device is finished so you aren't waiting all afternoon.

My 1 year old Samsung S6 went for a dip. Samsung store said no way it could be fixed and proposed new phone as the solution. Went to my sp store, they too suggested a new phone. Went to Mr Fix as they have my laptop in for repair. What can I say? Straight away they took my phone, dismantled it, checked it and found all was ok apart from the charging port and battery. So instead of a £500 new phone, they fixed what was 'unfixable' for Samsung. Not only that but they took pity on me and did it while I waited, and for a very honest price. All round 5 star service! Thank goodness for Mr Fix!
