Looking for a new phone the level of service was second to none. In addition there was a deal on the latest iPad which was worth pursuing. It took time to set everything up, but Alberto, Gareth, Stuart, Aîné and the rest of the team were very helpful. In addition the excellent quality of after service is also worth a mention.

I wanted to write this review for Alberto from O2 st James quarter. I am really grateful for everything you have done this afternoon for me, thank you for calling O2, speaking for me, as my English is not completely good, thank you for the approximately 2 hours you have invested in me and you have worried about my scam problem, until you have not solved it you have not stopped, also thank the store manager, for starting the process. Alberto really, thank you very much for helping me in everything in a totally altruistic way. The customer service in this store is unbeatable, whenever I have gone you have treated me super well!! Thank you all for what you have done for me today. You have solved a big scam problem they had done with me. I won't forget it!!!

Alberto was so helpful, there were some issues with their system, but Alberto persevered and did everything he could to ensure that everything was sorted as quickly and efficiently as possible. He did a fantastic job of ensuring I had all of the information, made the right decision for me and he made sure that I knew about all of the relevant offers and deals, and made sure I got the best rate. Really superb service, Alberto is a credit to O2, and I would go back to the O2 at St James centre purely on the back of the service he provided. Thanks again!

The service here is really great even when I came in with a super complicated problem that was just due to my own forgetfulness, and just before they were meant to close the shop as well (sorry about that!) On November 14th, I was at the O2 store and Agnes who works there was fantastic and very helpful, I would highly recommend anyone to use the O2 store in St James.
