I'm sorry to say that I didn't get his name, but the guy who helped me today was incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The price he quoted me for the replacement part was really reasonable and was available the next day. If I wasn't leaving Edinburgh the next morning I would have ordered it, but because I couldn't, he gave me advice on what I needed to do and what I should ask for at another store. Cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you again.

Amazing service! Unfortunately my laptop was pretty much beyond repair, but Optimus were very open and honest throughout the whole process, they were extremely quick in diagnosing the issue and were even able to recover all of my important documents from the hard drive. Their prices are very reasonable and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Optimus IT Solutions is my trusted place to go for if I have any problems with my equipment. I bought a second-hand HP ProBook with a few features that made it incredibly fast. No issues 2 years later. If anything needed fixing or updating, they were fast, efficient and professional. I never leave feedback on any service but these guys deserve it as they take their work so seriously and offer really high standards.

I put my S9 in on Saturday, the man that worked here said my beaten up phone will be ready on Tuesday(today). It certainly was ready when he said it would be. He called me 4 minutes before his closing time to make sure I got my fixed phone. He understood I was lost without my phone 😅. I bought a good quality protective case. He advised me I don't need protective glass as the case is sufficient. I'm going back tomorrow anyway to get the glass as I don't want this to happen again. The staff member stayed opened over closing time so I could get my phone. He was courteous and helpful. Would use again if needed.

Took my iPhone 7+ to have screen replaced, superb service. Done within 30 minutes. Fantastic Low Price + 20% discount on Apple devices. Less than a week later I took another iPhone to have screen replaced same fantastic service & price. I’ve now been in today with 4 other Apple devices. Will never consider going anywhere else now. went in for a macbook pro speaker repair, the guys in the shop were very helpful and gave very clear explanation of the problem at hand and what it would take to fix. a very quick turnover and called to ask before doing any repair that would cost more than original quote (prices are very reasonable). I ended up not going through for the full repair but they repaired what they could at no cost for diagnostic work. Lovely guys in the store and overall a great customer experience. would highly recommend.

Very grateful for these guys to save my phone!!!! Battery died yesterday evening and wouldn't charge anymore. Went to the Apple store in the morning and their opinion was that my phone was not suffering a battery issue, but something else was off - for them to they run the diagnostics and repair/refresh would cost me 289£. Pretty devastated I contacted Optimus It Solutions and they plugged my phone into the supercharger - Guess what, phone started charging. Just to be on the safe side I asked them to replace the battery anyway. Major fail for apple, Brilliant service from these guys!

Credit where its due...these guys are running a good outfit here. Small shop over from haymarket....your train will get closer than your car ever will due to zero parking. The big up is they know what they are doing and do it all in house. That's 3 repairs they've done, one tablet and two phone batteries. As my phone is now 4 im struggling to remember how it lasted with a new battery.... but the new one is a huge improvement...if not a completely convincing replacement for the original. Yeah I've got more apps running now and I spend more time online than ever... did it ever last a full day? Anyway was done in a couple of hours...although a phonecall ensured the battery was ordered in ...in advance. Tablet repair superb. Discount was applied as 3 jobs at same time. For what i paid i can't fault any of it. I'd happily return....although it could be less than another 4 years.

I took my iPad to Optimus. It was badly damaged after taking a fall. They replaced the screen and fixed the bent corners all the same day! Very happy with the service! Will definitely use them in the future.

After a horror show of a repair in another shop, I took my Xperia Z5 to Optimus and I wish I came here first. The screen the other shop fitted was coming off and they would not do anything about it when I brought it back. Optimus fixed it, screen fitted properly. This is what I call a proper service.
