We lost our phone during the trip and went there on 13/10/21 to block the simcard. There were 2 staffs at the time and they both were busy. We had Moray Walker helped us. He's very helpful and took action quickly. The other girl whom I didn't get the name saw we were sitting there and offered her help as well while Moray was talking to another clients. These are the ideal staff we need in the company. They have serviced mind and help each other when work loaded. Thank you so much. I'm very impressed!

My favorite shop in princes street is this particular three shop west end been with you guys 5 years and every time without fail the customer service is always been personal, caring, fun but very professional. I love my three shop and the beautiful staff. The manager Joe gave me undivided attention and he has limitless patience with elderly customers. Arjan is very professional and he's always going about doing the best for the customer which his sincerity is second to none. Moray is the one that help me set me up with my contract and it felt more like a collaboration with him. And today I met Usman and he's showing the qualities of this stores excellent customer service. If you are an older person and not particularly mobile phone literate I would highly recommend the three store west shop if just need that extra patience and kindness

Had an excellent experience with 3 (134 Princes Street) this past week thanks to the help of Arjan. Went into the store to look into a new plan however thanks to Arjan's help was able to switch to a business account and get a new phone - I didn't even know these were options for me until I went into the store. Very patient, informative and friendly. I had to switch my number over which was not a service available on the weekends, however Arjan offered to help me do this if I came back in on Monday. When I came back in a few days later, he remembered by name and what I was looking to have done. 10/10 customer service, would highly recommend :)

Everyone was so helpful here!! I worked with both William and Claire and they were incredibly patient while I had to set up a bank account online. Even when we returned a nearly closing time and William helped us anyway. I couldn’t recommend a better place to get your phone plan!

Recently moved over from Ireland and had to set up with a new sim plan. Arjan was super helpful in making sure I was getting the best plan for me. He also helped set me up for a home internet and was super patient explaining everything. He was such a help I brought my friends who I moved over with back into the shop to so he could set them up with new plans aswell! Super friendly and helpful guy! Would definitely recommend asking for him if you go into this store. Claire who also works in the store helped us out loads with unlocking our phones! Excellent customer service!

The whole process could not have been made any easier by William Singh who we peppered with dozens of questions, which he answered very capably. He was keen to secure us a great deal and we left the store not only with two great mobile plans but also home internet for when we set up our flat. Very happy with this service.

I recently visited this three stote. I had an old, ongoong contact with three. One of the staff, Azmath, was kind enough to offer me and my family new contacts, which are significantly cheaper for the first half year and then have better specifications afterwards, compared to the old. On top, we got a great offer for a new Huawei and watch, all for a great price. She is a great employee, keep up the good work. - Adrian

I popped into this store today to ask a question about a phone for my elderly mother. The sales assistant Heera was very helpful and gave me lots of advice. We looked at the easiest phone to use and he gave me a good deal, saving my mum money compared to what she pays at present. there was also a good deal offered for internet along with a tablet, this was useful and worked out well. The mobile network Three UK's Princes Street store. Everything you would expect from a Three Store. Great place to pick up a Pay As You Go (prepaid) SIM. If you are visiting the UK and just need a SIM for your time here, Three UK offer a great All You Can Eat Data plan for £15. AYCE Data is truly unlimited and is great for keeping connected, using Google Maps, playing Ingress, uploading pictures and using social networks and Skype. Good store with helpful staff.
