Went to Curry’s with a broken hinge and cracked screen on my computer. They couldn’t help (overseas computer) but suggested Alien IT and another shop for local repairs. I was impressed with Alien IT and in particular, Kamran’s explanation about a possible repair, ( layperson friendly), customer service was excellent and follow up included. He researched the repair for me, they sent away for a refurbished screen ( keeping cost down), refitted hinge and replaced screen (touch). Lovely job. Like new. They included a very reasonably priced service on the computer, which I clearly needed. Attached to my computer, very happy to have it restored and not to have to buy a new one! Highly recommended. I’ll be back for any techy issues in the future!

Very good experience. I asked for help with old phone that stopped working. They managed to fix it so I was able to backup all data and transfer them to the new phone. Lucky for me I was able to buy one onsite, with good price as well. One stop shop. Thank you very much.

Amazing service. My phone was water damaged due to heavy rain (and my own stupidity being out in it!) But my phone was repaired amazingly quickly, and without losing any of my files which was fantastic! Great value for money, great service, friendly, definitely recommend to anyone!
