I took my iPhone here to be repaired after my daughter smashed the screen by shutting it in the car door. It was repaired quickly and to a great standard for what I felt was a very reasonable price. Within half an hour of collecting my phone I dropped it and smashed my now perfectly fixed phone. I returned to the shop again fully prepared to pay the same fee and was served by the same gentleman as that morning. He insisted on fixing my phone again for a free of charge merely stating that it’s nice be nice! I would strongly recommend this shop and will use again in the future

Unfortunately the screen replacement had issues with the sensitivity and I was unable to text without the keyboard typing the wrong letters. The gentleman who served me was very apologetic as the repair could not be completed that day, but offered me a discount to have the repair carried out the next day. What a superb place this is - my Samsung S7 packed in just before Christmas (a bad time of year to be without a phone!) and I was in a total bind - I called Irepair and I soon had my phone fixed with a new back casing put on it (which they consulted me about beforehand). I went into irepair Shawland's a few days before Christmas, having dropped my laptop, resulting in it requiring a complete screen replacement. Advice offered at the Shawland's branch was so helpful. They didn't try and up-sell me a new screen, they gave me genuine advice recommending a second hand, cheaper alternative, more appropriate to my financial circumstances and with a 6 month guarantee. Unfortunately, due to staff sickness, it turned out they couldn't complete the repair, but instead of turning me away they recruited the Battlefield boys to get the repair finished by Christmas eve. Everyone I encountered across both premises were extremely friendly, helpful and genuine. I will be taking all my repairs here in future.
