I had a screen problem with my Mac - the folks at iRepair quickly identified the problem and got it resolved within a few days. Everyone at the store was so friendly and helpful, and service was efficient and professional. Plus, my computer works great! Would highly recommend - 10/10 on all aspects of service!

After being quoted £150 to fix my iPad screen elsewhere, I tried irepair and they could not have been more helpful. I called the battlefield shop to check if they had availability but unfortunately the technician wasn’t well- but redirected to the shawlands branch. Ian was so helpful, and fixed my screen in less than an hour, for £65. I was so pleased with the service - I hope I don’t need to, but I will be back if I do smash anything else!

Fabulous service from Ian who fixed my daughter's iphone which had been dropped in the bath. Very good communication from the start and throughout the assessment and repair process. We dropped our daughters iPhone X off at iRepair Shawlands. We were told the cost of repair and to come back approx 50 mins later. True to their word, 50 mins later the phone was fixed! As I am an NHS key worker got 20% discount which was also great! The guys in the shop were helpful and polite! Repair also came with a 6 month guarantee. Would highly recommend! I brought my iphone 5s after it went off after I replaced battery and charging port by myself at home. They correctly found the fault -broken display cable- and replaced the part with a very good price (under 30 quid). They write on their invoice "You break it, we fix it."

My iPad's screen was broken so I went in and asked them to put on a new LCD screen at £79. Got a call the next day to say when they went to fit the screen they found a loose wire so they reattached and got it working again and only charged £20. They could easily have just charged me full price and I'd have no clue but they didn't ... very trustworthy specialists ... will definitely be back!

I cant rate this place highly enough, I took in my 15" retina mac book pro with a cracked screen they repaired it flawlesly for a fraction of the time and cost i was quoted from Apple, They even fixed my iphone screen for a discounted rate in 10 mins (i've had a really bad month with technology) Staff were extreamly helpful and nice, hopefully i wont be back any time soon but if i need something fixed again this will be the only place i visit.
