Amazing service. In another repair shop I was told that I had to have my charging port replaced, that it couldn’t be cleaned, and it would cost me £65. Here - they cleaned it properly, in under 5 minutes and for free. Highly recommend!

Front screen of my phone was damaged. Took it in today at 1pm, the gent had a look to see if he could repair and booked it in. Only needed 1hr 30 mins for repair but I opted to collect after work. Screen looks immaculate. Will definitely be back if I need any repairs going forward.

My iPad was broken for a while and I was searching shops until I stumbled across here which is connected internally to SKY so the ambience was very nice. Azim was very swift and helpful. The store seems to care about other minor details on my device as well. The service on my iPad was done quite quickly and is fantastic. I’d definitely recommend this branch from this chain!

I went into iSmash in Buchanan Street expecting to replace the battery and screen on my iPhone 6S - okay, I know it's old, but so am I. The price quoted was £65 or so, which I was happy to pay. They set about removing the old cracked and damaged screen protector and found that the screen was undamaged, and told me all I needed was a new screen protector. Great! Then they checked the battery condition and found it at 92%, much higher than I expected and said that I didn't need a new one. They had an opportunity to replace both and charge me the £65, but they were honest and told me what I needed, at a cost of £15. Excellent service, so refreshing these days. Thank you iSmash. You have a new loyal customer.

Thanks Mark for such a quick repair this afternoon. My works iPhone battery had been failing for a week so went to the Apple shop on Buchanan St. Was told I’d have to make an appointment and the earliest one being tomorrow afternoon. However the new iSmash store just around the corner had no queue, repaired the phone within 30mins and cheaper! Still got a VAT receipt and 12 month warranty.

Fixed my phone screen (Pixel 6 pro) in about an hour. I would have done it myself but the part was as much as they were charging so I let them do it.

Situated inside SKY shop opposite John Lewis on Buchanan St. Clean shop and all repairs done behind a see through workshop like an open plan kitchen haha. Service time was 2hours from drop off to collection. Kerstan the technician was very polite and professional. He knows his stuff. iSmash was affordable and the products they use are of high quality. I know because my device can't use any other screen but the original where others can use generics. So very pleased as it was genuine and really won't go anywhere else anymore. Parking is a nightmare in that part of town though. I found that parking in Buchanan Galleries parking lot was the cheapest option at £2 for 0-1hr. Handing in your device takes about 15-30min as they have to check the device over and make sure it's working properly. So parking on the street will cost £1 per 15min. Please like my review if it has helped you
