Went in to the store just to browse on the new iPhone 11pro & possibly upgrade , after being dealt with the store manager who was fantastic with taking the time to sit & chat & talk through options & phones , we were then left in the hands of Lisa another store colleague, who was absolutely amazing , firstly she was extremely funny , friendly & new her products well suffice to say I left with a new series 5 Apple Watch which I’ve thought about for a while so thanks to her I have 1 now & I am waiting to collect my new iPhone on Tuesday. I would recommend this store to anyone, they don’t do hard sell but what they do is make you feel comfortable & relaxed & in a great mood when you leave , Lisa was fantastic & a credit to the store

Was really happy with the service i received from everyone in the store. Got me a phone I really like, on a great deal. What I was being offered would have been a better deal than I had already but I was then told, on account of my job I was eligible for a 25% discount Couldn't be happier.

Great service, came out with the phone I wanted, with a better deal than I could have anticipated. Staff were extremely helpful, polite and seemed very interested in getting me the best deal to suit my needs. Thanks guys!

Went for upgrade (phone to tablet) via 02 app and found they where out of stock.They told me to try an 02 store, i went to this one and i dealt with a pleasant guy Dean who sorted it all out for me (minus confusion at start 😆)..but all sorted now and my tablet is now ready for collection ....EXCELLENT.
