Easy shop to get to in town centre of Gloucester staff friendly and helpful, they give you the time with no rush

I had to make an appointment to drop my phone in for repair to a cracked screen. Definitely seems to be worthwhile making an appointment for weekends at least the place was rammed. Anyway, very nice polite service. Very happy but I've not heard the price yet... 🤣

My overall experience with ee is not very good. They have the attitude of the local bully. When I visited last year I told them that my maximum monthly spend wast £20, I was pressured into signing a contract for £30 per month and struggled ever since. All this after I told him that I am a pensioner relying on pension credit. I have finished with ee never to return
