In a matter of an hour it was fixed, the phone had a new case, glass screen protector and I had purchased new apples earphones all for a very reasonable cost. The guy couldn’t be more friendly or efficient, so different from any other similar shop in gloucester

Warned me it could take a little while to transfer data so I found nearby tea room. When I returned was all finished and new to me device mirrors my old one in every way so I’m happy. To be fair all my data was already backed up on iCloud but the free transfer of all my data and settings was the icing on the cake !

Initially called to replace my phone screen and battery (Huawei mate 20), they provided me with pricing options and explained the differences, they're pricing was competitive compared to others. They were also kind enough to give me a free tempered glass screen protector for it too.
For any future phone repairs I'll be going to them, even though they're not my closest phone repair shop.

B.Fantastic service. After doing much homework, took in two Samsung J5 (2015 &2017) for repairs, power button and screen respectively. Very reasonable price for both. The screen repair failed after 10 days but this was quickly resolved by Sal with a replacement screen to our satisfaction. Many thanks and recommended.
L. M.I honestly can't explain how helpful these guys were, espicially the guy who fixed my phone. Before arriving to get my phone fixed I had stupidly gone to another service where he broke my back cover and touch sensor And later tried to charge me 180 pounds for a LCD replacement which was not the problem whatsoever. I refused to get it fixed and made way to get my phone fixed here where I found out it was just a battery and a charging port issue. I paid 70 quid for swift service and a friendly service. These guys are good guys which genuinely will fix your broken device.
Leaving you 5 stars for an amazing experience. I know where to come again if I have any other issue.

R.Had constant problem with charging my Samsung S7 (Edge). Been to Mobile Care and within hour, they had installed a new charging port, which works perfectly.The one month warranty was a surprise and an added bonus.

However i had a flight the next morning so i was desperate to get it fixed; i tried a few stores, which one had changed the charging port but still was not working. I looked online to see if there were any other mobile phone repair stores and saw mobile care with positive feedback so i popped into mobile care and had mentioned to them it has not been charging as well as i had the charging port change yet still no luck; they requested if i could leave it for 45 mins as they thought it was the ' charging IC' and that they could repair it. When i got back, the phone had been working again and also charging. Excellent quality of service.
