Just wanted to say many thanks to James and his colleagues. We are visiting from overseas and were having issues with our UK sim card. James was really tenacious in trying to solve the problem. Great service provided, all were very friendly and helpful. Thanks again.

The person who helped ( dont know his name but it was late morning friday 23rd September ) was extremely helpful , answered all my questions & treated me with respect & considetation. Honestly the best customer service I have had in a good while. I am loathe to say I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who helped me, however I overheard him telling the customer before me that he was Nigerian and went to college in America. This gent was friendly, knowledgable and helped me with a problem nobody else could on o2 customer service 202. 5 stars. Please reward this gentleman o2. Credit to your team.

3 for effort as we always made feel welcome ut omg where do I start. Our order was handled by a trainee and he messed it up locking us out from adding our secind nunber for 2 weeks. Neewbie mistake. Second visit we cancel and start new contract in new bame my name this tine instead of my wife's. Our numbers are never ported in. Had to ring them a week later to e told nobody requested nu.bers to be ported and I asked a million times explaining the orevious situation to a tee. No its been a month and our watches that have seperate plans that I pay for still do not work. It is hard to pinpoint who is really at fauot but my advice to you is if you want to get a new contract do it online as the shops hands are tied behind their backs with limitations o2 imposes on them. 9/10 you will have to ring the online team anyways.

After my phone was hacked and my vpn was taken over I brought my phone to the O2 shop Gloucester and was served by a lovely young lad named Tom. He sorted the problem within a few minutes and was polite and efficient despite receiving abuse off the customer before us who was extremely rude. He dealt with the aggressive customer calmly and with great patience. I was very impressed as the shop was short staffed he truly is a blessing to O2

Always get friendly and helpful advice there. Staff happy to help where they can from putting screen protector on your phone to contacting and helping you with customer services assistants. Can't fault them, just wish that o2 as a company were as helpful as they are.
