R. W.Went to purchase a couple of new phones, sadly they had no stock which is fine so the order process was quite long due to how many systems mine and my partners details had to go through. Something you would think would take half hour tops ended up taking 90 minutes. The store manager was wonderful and very helpful and got my partners order sorted in 20 minutes mine on the other hand was been handled by the assistant manager and you'd think it was his first day working there. A lot of faffing and just taking a long time to get anywhere.
In future I think I will call up asking about stock rather than go through this process again of waiting as long as we did. Turn around time is quick and because of how long we had waited because of the assistant manager going round in circles the store manager gave us a couple of free gifts for our new phones as an apology for taking so long.

No mean feat with over 1000 photos etc. He remained cheerful throughout and he and his colleagues also dealt with the many other customers in a very professional and welcoming manner too. A. M.Just popped in to ask for a headphone adaptor as the one for my phone had broken. The gent who spoke to me said he didn't think they had any, but popped out the back to check regardless. He came back with a new headphone adaptor which he gave me for free (I assume because there was no packaging for it).
Seriously grateful for this, have been living without earphones and it was horrible, thanks so much.
