I was really impressed with the help I got here.i went in for advice as my son wanted a phone ..Liam went above and beyond to help me and after a few visits waiting for deliveries I got my sons phone. I went into this store on a very busy Saturday lunchtime to get my iPhone looked at, due to the rear-facing camera, torch and Bluetooth all being out of action. The store assistant who served me was friendly and really knowledgable; they immediately knew what the cause of the problem was, but ran diagnostics on my device to make sure everything else was well with the phone. The part that was needed was already in store, luckily! The repair took just shy of a couple hours, and the device was still under warranty, so no need to pay for a new part :o) Lovely, helpful staff. Will definitely recommend!

I have visited this apple store to book an appointment for my airpods pro in relation to apple’s airpod pro repair programme, as i had some issues. I got my appointment on the next day booked by Mr Rory. As i told him i am willing to drop the airpods pro today itself to avoid coming to the store next day, by hearing this He called the apple technician Mr Machij. He discussed the matter with me and he surprised me by saying that just give me some minutes so that i can test it for u now itself. After testing he said it needs to be replaced and will get the item back next day. Those 2 gentlemen was very kind and i really appreciate them for their kindness and their approach to customers. I bought a homepod Mini as well today from this store. I got a new pair of airpods pro and i am happy and proud to be a true apple customer.
