Two of my sons had their phones repaired the day after Boxing Day, One had their screen replaced the other a charging port and battery. These were very reasonably priced repairs. Today I had a problem with my charge port, expecting to have to have this replaced, it was cleaned and now works perfectly and for no charge, what a fantastic service. Thoroughly recommend.

These guys just rock! Dropped my phone down the loo, unfortunately not retrievable, but not after trying their practical advice followed by an hour of troubleshooting in the shop. The cost of this? Nothing.. Thank you guys and happy new year!

My two kids are now grown up so you can imagine how many phone and tablet screens they have got through! I've been in this shop so many times it's unreal. Had a totally mashed up dead dead ipad once which they brought back to life. Always the best service and if you ain't getting a smile from these super phone fixers then maybe it's your body language.

I have used their services a few times, they absolutely know their business inside out.... each time they fixed it no problem, fasxt and reasonably priced. I am going to go there again, so I was looking them up... as my Samsung is not charging properly....

I took a phone with a non-responding touchscreen in here today. An apparently rain-damaged part would have to be obtained from China. The proprietor sourced one with delivery in 5 days at a price which was just cost-effective for the phone in question. But he warned that there might be further, undetected damage which would mean I'd wasted my money. He said he would just investigate a bit more, dismantled it further, cleaned and dried it out thoroughly, and it worked (without the part from China !) For all that he wanted just £5, saying "It isn't just about the money, it's about giving good service". I had brilliant service, and would heartily recommend Phone Matters.

I went in to help get my phone unlocked after being messed around like crazy from EE, it took 5 mins all they wanted was the IMEI and i kept the phone. The lovely lady said "it will take 5-14 working days, after 5 keep trying a new sim" i just hit my 5 day mark today, tried a sim and it worked straight away. After EE not being able to do it after months, 'Phone matters' done it in 5 days. EE had £80 off me because i had to extend my contract for 2 months after the 24 month period, 'Phone Matters' charged £45. Absolutely Brilliant
