Upon having charging issues with my phone on my motorbike i thought the charge port had worn out as I had just replaced the charge cable, but after they looked at it they said the port was fine and they cleaned the port and re-imbursed me the difference for replacement and gave me charge cable of better quality to use. The advice they gave was top notch and they did all this on the spot for me even though they was busy. I had my phone back and working within 2 hours. Great staff and I would definetly recommend them. Very quick service. (Samsung S10LTE)

Another fantastic experience with this shop. New rear glass and screen replacement on my daughters iPhone8 and even customised the colours!! She loves it. Also a discounted screen protector instead of charging full price. Dropped of, fixed and picked up within a couple of hours. The guy is very helpful and an all round sound guy. Visited here earlier this week as I had broken my Iphone camera lens and I can honestly say I was amazed by how brilliant the customer service was by all of the staff. Within less than 30 minutes my camera lens was fixed, to a very high standard I might add. They did a brilliant job and I was delighted at the extremely affordable price too. Very professional and helpful on the phone and in person. They replaced my battery the same day. Can hardly tell its been opened and resealed (Huawei P20 Pro). It was expensive at £45 compared to other quotes locally (£25 & £30), however it is always true that you get what you pay for. I would rather it was done properly and professionally. These guys were so helpful. Had a drink spilled all over my phone (Google pixel), saw the reviews for this place so figured it was worth a shot. To both my and their surprise they managed to bring my phone back to life and it's working amazingly well so far. Only thing they couldn't fix was my front camera but that's through no fault of their own. Amazing service and dedication from these guys who were so helpful. Flawless service and would definitely come here again.

Son dropped his Samsung tablet in the bath and I thought for sure it was beyond repair. Adam and his team were amazing. They performed a water damage procedure on it fir me. They were totally honest the whole way through and explained there was no guarantee it would work but it did. Had to return next day as thought screen had given up. Adam took a look at it for me and managed to get it working again by securing the LCD ribbon. He didn't ask for any money the second time which I thought was amazing. The whole process only cost me £40 total. Extremely honest, genuine company. I recommend to anyone that needs their expertise as they will always be honest and only charge you for what actually needs doing. What all companies should aspire to. Thank you Adam and the team, my little boy is very happy to have his tablet back and working just like it was before the accident.

These two guys are amazing and very friendly, i have used Adams a few times now and i have always recieved amazing service and welcoming smiles. i had to take my daughters phone to have the screen replaced due to her doping it and i was giving two screens to buy the cheeper version or the high quality one which was my choice never felt presured to buy the most expensive one at all, i left with my daughters fixed phone along with free off CHARGE screen protector, a aweek later i took two more work phones in to be done and there was again fixed with high standards. last week i took 4 phones in to sell i was giving a brilliant price for all off them, Adam also transfered all data to our new phones, even though Adam bought my phones off me he was that nice i got a FREE wireless charger for my new samsung galaxy s8( he never had to do this but this is how lovely these guys are). Adam/colleges keep up the good work and stay as you both are bad comments on here are only from competitors who have nothing better to do with there time, your shop is very clean and very welcoming i can not say that about any other phone shop on that row. **IF YOU WANT QUAILTY AND HONESTY USE ADAMS PHONE SHOP**

Hi, I Had a sudden screen failure on my s4. I emailed Adam on friday evening and although it was past the closing time of the shop he replied immediately and gave free advice and an estimate of repair costs subject to seeing the phone. I drove the 20 miles from brid to the shop on saturday where he gave an instant diagnosis and cost of repair. I was expecting to have to leave the phone for a few days but because of the distance I had travelled he offered to do the repair while I waited. He gives great service and a great guy to deal with.
