The owner is a great and sincere guy who may very well have suffered a net loss to compensate for a faulty first replacement screen whose warranty was voided by a hairline crack that appeared in it before returning to have replaced. The second replacement despite having a null warranty completely at my own fault was a genuine Samsung OEM part and was discounted to £40 after having paid £79 for the first replacement. I thoroughly hope that wasn't the case but either way it speaks for itself as far as integrity and empathy goes. Would recommend.

Excellent service. Professional. Courteous. Knowledgeable. Extremely good value. Took an iphone in for repair of cracked screen - cheapest of anywhere else I'd ever tried. Repair was done quickly and expertly, and I was given information as to another fault with the phone (battery) which was, again, repaired quickly and at an excellent price. I will be taking other apple products in for repair/advice because I am delighted at the service and quality provided here - and its local, another great bonus. Thank you! Came in this morning to get my cracked phone screen repaired urgently. Dealt with a kind gentleman who was quick and helpful, it was very good value for money and I even got a new phone case and a new screen protector for half price. Couldn’t recommend them enough !

Went in to get a Macbook battery replacement, can be difficult to find repair companies that accept apple computers but they did a really great job and I had my laptop back within 30 mins of dropping it off! Very pleased!

I was struggling to find somewhere that I thought would be reliable as I got my phone fixed two weeks ago but it broke when I sat on it as apparently not all screws had been put back therefore I decided to come here and I’m really pleased with the outcome, my phone was fixed in 30mins which worked out perfectly for me, they where very kind and professional and I also got a free glass screen protector. If I need my phone fixing again I’ll definitely be coming back here.

I recently had my phone battery replaced here. It only took two days after me ordering the battery for it to be in store so very pleased with this. The actual replacement of the battery was also very fast (only took 1.5 hours) so overall very speedy service. The staff are also very friendly and knowledgeable so provide a pleasant experience. The only downside I can see to taking my phone here was that they aren't very often open at 10am as stated online (often 10.30-40am) so if you are in a rush you may struggle to get fit in on time. Also I have some minor chips around where they removed the plastic panel at the bottom of my phone. This was to be expected though with such a fiddly procedure so I am not too upset about this. I would have given 4.5 stars if that was an option as the negatives aren't a big deal at all, would definitely go back here if I need anything else doing.
