Absolutely brilliant customer service. I took my frozen/unresponsive Apple device to KRCS and got the replacement immediately the next day from Apple. I never imagined I would get my device replaced so quickly and easily. I definitely recommend KRCS; the staff is polite and helpful too. I had an issue with my iPhone 11’s camera and took it to these guy’s. They were very helpful doing a diagnostic check and also informing me my phone was still under warranty. They checked if they had a new camera in stock (which they did) and was fitted within two hours, brilliant. Great service and would definitely take any Apple product there. 5* company.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Simon and Lee for their skill, patience and technical help in restoring my iPhone after it had crashed. I was having a problem with my iPhone for a couple of weeks, not being able to use it fully. I came into the hull store on Saturday 23rd April 2022. I was welcomed by two lads. I believe their names were Zac and Jordan. They sorted the problem out very quickly. Very professional and the service was excellent. They are a credit to the company. I will be back for sure in the future. First class.

I recently took my MacBook Pro into KRCS in Hull as it needed attention. I had excellent service from the staff and was able to collect my laptop a week later. In the modern climate of online purchasing and social media etc, it is easy to complain about a poor experience. And it’s also too easy for companies to hide behind email addresses and not care. The product was fine as was the data transfer. The only minor point to be remembered is to include ALL the packaging including the tissue wrap as for the ardent Mac while these are important items.

Went in today to buy an iPhone 13. Good experience from start to finish. Zac was really helpful and professional. And buying my new phone through KRCS I got a 2 year warranty as opposed a 1 year one when you order directly through Apple. Thank you

Amazing customer service from start to finish I popped in after a week away with my Apple Watch lee and zac spent roughly two hours trying to get it to work so helpful entertaining the 3 kids with jokes and showing them cool things on the iPads explaining to me what I can do next to resolve further issues the two lads could not of done more for us while waiting for the watch to reboot give some helpful tips for us regarding getting the most out of your phones iPhones of course all 3 kids now would love an iPad 😂 but honestly I’ve never meet nice customer service completely out of the their way on good Friday to help me as much as possible wishing us a safe long journey home hope to be back in hull again we will definitely pop in to say hi absolute credit to the store thank you so much for your help the stressed camper 😂🏕 x

I visited the Hull branch of KCRS yesterday because the battery on my iphone 6s had been draining for no apparent reason. I had adjusted the settings which had helped alleviate the problem but it was still losing too much of its charge. I therefore booked an appointment, expecting the battery to need replacing and visited the store the day before my appointment to double check the cost of the battery replacement as the phone is out of warranty. The employee advised me to back up my phone and then reset it to factory settings. After I'd done this I noticed a huge difference in how long the battery was lasting before needing to be charged up. When I attended my appointment, the employee told me that I'd been experiencing software issues and that he didn't think I needed to replace my battery. I am not an iphone expert and so had they sold me items I didn't need I would have been none the wiser. The fact that they didn't do this shows that KCRS are not only a group that actively go above and beyond for their customers, but that they also have integrity. I would recommend them without hesitation, and I cannot thank the lovely staff at my Hull branch enough!

I have just had my iphone screen replaced at KRCS after cracking it. I stupidly messed my phone up by updating and then unplugging it before it had finished and it froze before I took it to KRCS. The guy in the shop was extremely helpful and sorted it for me. He managed to get my phone working again although I had lost everything. I then left while the screen was replaced. On returning I saw a lovely gentleman named Zac. I explained I had no idea what to do to restore my data that had been lost. He took the time and patience to restore everything for me without making me feel like an idiot. A big THANK YOU Zac and the first guy (sorry didn't get his name) for all your help for fixing my mistakes.

This store is the nearest equivalent to the 'Apple' tech store that I rely on in Aberdeen, though Krcs isn't actually an Apple franchise. Krcs sell Apple products and cables etc for the brand. The store is well located just inside the Whitefrier Gate end of the Princess Quay Shopping Centre in Hull. The store though not huge, is very well laid out and carries a good stock of computers, tablets accessories etc. Previous visits have been to purchase cables, but this visit on Sat 23rd was to ask questions. The member of staff that approached me ( I regret not getting his name as he was EXTREMELY pleasant ) was absolutely honest admitting that he wasn't absolutely sure of one of my queries but asked another member of staff who demonstrated how to 'fix' my problem. The later of whom helped my husband with his query. The member of staff who attended to me is certainly an asset, and made the visit a pleasure rather than just a necessary visit. A worthwhile place to check out if you need any one to one advice and 'honest' critique on future purchases, rather than the big multi stores who are only interested in sales!

Oh my word what's happening here. I bought my iPad Air 2 from here last year, Simon who served me was brilliant at that time and well deserved full marks. I need a new phone, so was very disappointed to read recent reviews. Nevertheless I shall still go there and give them a try. Watch this space.....

Macbook wouldn't turn on, guy had a look to diagnose came back out after 5 to 10 minutes he found a simple fault and fixed it there and then! Couldn't have asked for more! Will definitely use this shop in future would highly recommend!

I actually took my 2011 MacBook in to buy a new one and they suggested having mine serviced. They spent half a day doing this & it works absolutely fine now! I have since sent family members in to buy a iPad & MacBook Air and they were happy too.

Apple might not have an official store but KRCS are just as good. The store is set out in the same way and offers the same range too. The prices are slightly cheaper however and they offer custom builds.

Absolutely brilliant service - dealt with a technician (Mike) who was very professional and solved a hardware problem with my Macbook in minutes, went through the cost of repair, ordered the part, and I had it fixed within a couple of days - service above and beyond - highly recommended!
