Staff are very helpful & knowledgeable too but the shop is on the small side so can get a bit busy at times especially at the weekend. Bit pricey on phone accessories but quite a few phones & tablets on display to have a play with to help make your mind up to what suits you for your contract or pay as you go needs.

Easier to sort out problems face to face, rather going round in circles on their app and website. Staff were helpful, or at least as much as they can be, to a customer of Orange. Or EE's unwanted legacy, from their takeover/merger, from a couple of years back. Turns out that it is far simpler to join EE from any other service provider, than it is from one they already own, but we got there in the end. Kapka would be proud of them.
