Recommended to me, I took my iPhone to Kesgrave for a damaged screen replacement. Quoted price £115. Repair took 10 minutes. They informed me the it was the screen protector that was damaged and not the phone screen. They replaced the screen protector, total repair price: £8. I would never have known. Full marks for a rapid and honest service. I’m a very impressed customer. Would recommend to anyone.

Drove over and waited a little bit as there was a lady in front of me. Greeted by a lovely woman, at their door, who is the partner of the chap that replaced my screen. I would just like to say how refreshing it is to use this company as I have today, I had my a new screen fitted on my iPad in December which was perfect, but the last couple of weeks the ‘home’ button has been sticking. I have just had the best customer service experience ever ! I arrived at iPhone repair base with an I phone 7 ,which I had brought off Gif Gaf a year ago , that needed a battery replacement. They checked the fact that a battery replacement was required and quoted me £45 for a genuine battery with a waiting time of 10 minutes. The next I knew the engineer came out followed by a strong smell of burning ! It transpired that the phone that I had brought from Gif Gaf was fitted with a cheap non genuine battery and when he opened up the phone it caught fire ! He dropped the phone on the floor when it did and the screen broke.. He showed me what had happened and it was quite shocking. He went off again saying that he would do his best to keep the phone working. It came back with a new screen and battery, thorough checks were made that the phone was back working correctly, I was told to come back at any time if the phone failed. I was given a 1 year warranty on the battery and the screen. They only charged me for the battery as they said the screen broke when they dropped the phone when the battery caught light. Now how is that for service ! A very satisfied customer indeed.

An excellent experience. Needed a screen replaced on an iphone X. Done in 10 minutes with a full OLED screen. Beware other outlets - we got caught by a phone shop on Tavern St in Ipswich who charged for an OLED screen but actually fitted an inferior LCD one and tried to fob us off. Luckily we knew how to test to confirm which type was supplied and so got a full refund. iPhonerepairbase were a far nicer firm to deal with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

IPRB sent me a detailed explanation with photos and technical drawings of the errors the day they received the phone, fixed and tested it and posted it back the same day for just the cost of the postage! Excellent service and great price. A couple of years ago I'd taken my iPad to another local repair shop and they had mended the shattered glass - it seemed ok but the button stuck up a bit. When the iPhone repair base staff tried to remove the glass they discovered it had been superglued on!!
