They repaired the cracked glass from my Samsung S20 Ultra for £25, which is a much fairer price than my mobile provider was offering. V.I can't speak highly enough of my experience with these guys. Very friendly & professional for one, the cheapest price for a screen replacement, and the speediest turn around. I'd been let down by another phone repair company and everywhere else had a 2-5 day turn around and were asking £50 more for the job. These guys had ordered the part and done the repair in 24hrs! k. w.I dropped my phone Wednesday. The screen itself wasn't cracked but there was damage behind as the screen wasn't displaying anything, other than a odd weird flash of colour. I called around at a few places for quote and found Mobile Fone Experts were one of the cheapest places to offer screen replacement. Unfortunately my screen wasn't in stock but they ordered it for next day delivery. I got an email (asked as phone not usable) on Thursdsy stating it had arrived. Once my phone was brought in it took around 50minutes and my phone was as good as new!
A few checks done such as camera and call to ensure was working properly and I was on my way. I hope to not be back anytime soon... but if so I would definitely use this company again. :-)

M. O.Fantastic professional, friendly, knowledgeable and honest people! After dropping my Honor V10 phone (a few times!) it started bulging, forcing part of the casing open. I contacted the store today, & the gentleman asked a few questions, after which he suspected an initial expanded battery, with a possibility of further (potentially serious) damage. He very patiently went through all the options, prices (v competitive) and risks of further issues that could arise during diagnostics/repair of this type of problem & was thoroughly honest to the point of talking himself out of a repair job.
I’m now looking at buying a lightly used/refurb phone instead of risking my money on a repair phone, and am very grateful for the honest advice and would highly recommend Mobile Fone Experts Ipswich to everyone.

s. r.After my phone sudden;y stopped working after I dropped it on 10th April I contacted the store and the gentleman said he will run a diagnostic check to firstly check what the issue is. Went to the store he was very professional, kind and honest and said will let me know within half hour what issue might be. He sounded very knowledgeable and within that time updated me to let me know it was fine after wireless charging. He did not take any payment for this and I was very happy with the overall service and speed of how my issue was resolved as I was so worried. 10/10!!

D. P.We were looking for somewhere that repaired Apple products and found this store as there was a sign saying they are approved repairers for Apple products. The owner was charm personified and couldn’t do enough to help us. He was on his own and took several phone calls so despite the shop seeming empty of customers, it was obvious he is a busy man. The cost of replacing our lap top screen was a lot less here than at the Apple store and he promised a couple of days to get it back and it was. He rang us when it was ready and it’s brilliant. Fully repaired and at a fraction of what it would have cost. This small business prefers cash so if you do decide to use their expertise make sure you visit the bank first.
First class service which we will definitely use in the future should the need arise.

They've saved me £hundreds (arguably £thousands on a 'scrap' MacBook Pro 17 Retina they saved...) but they've also saved my bacon & my sanity!
What would you do when your phone dies while you're working away from home, in the middle of a legal case, a refurb & your Mum recently died & despite backing things up you NEED that phone with everything saved where you know to find it & all the essential apps & phone records you need instant access to? You'd make a beeline for Ipswich & MFE to save the day...
First, my experience with the MacBook Pro, full details of which are on my 1-star, negative reviews of the dishonest & discredited Stormfront Bury St Eds & Apple Norwich Chapelfield. In brief a circa £3500 top-spec laptop was written off as being beyond economic repair - needing a motherboard & other components replacing- several years earlier. MFE offered to take a look. £50 later, yes just £50, for 4 minor but highly technical motherboard repairs & it was back to like new condition! Literally, as it had hardly been used.
The only thing to top my fury with the blatant dishonesty by Stormfront & Apple both, was the delight & restored faith by Hera & Koyas at MFE... so when I either trod on or possibly drove over my Samsung Galaxy (found smashed on the gravel drive after retracting my footsteps & wheel-tracks) I rang them up. They gave the option of a cheaper generic screen but I was happy with £130 for a new genuine Samsung super AMOLED on my S7, for a little extra a new battery too as mine wasn't as good as new. They got onto it as soon as I dropped it off but having fitted the new screen & battery, disaster, the screen was still black. It turns out I'd likely damaged something on the motherboard too. I said I wanted to plough on & desperately needed it fixed so they kept it overnight. The next lunch I got a call to say it was all ready to collect! I'd expected to pay for a new motherboard or chips, or even to but a used Galaxy & get them to transfer the memory from the old one. Imagine my delight (and sheer luck) they'd had a donated faulty S7 & managed to swap the components to repair the motherboard so there were no extra parts to pay for on top of the agreed labour price. That's honesty for you....
So that's 2 important occasions they've really helped me. So I couldn't hesitate to make an unreserved recommendation, something you'll see I rarely do with businesses.
I'd add that O2 are very helpful too but only when it comes to SOFTWARE or network technical issues. So with hardware or any time you need to buy a phone, repair, upgrade it or buy accessories, they're the place to go. Don't forget they also do laptops & other electronics - just ask.

D. T.Jan 2015 - My daughter's Iphone 4S had issues with the power button and home button working properly. Was quoted a good price so asked to have it fixed. Power button was replaced however the home button just needed cleaning. For this reason I wasn;t charged as much as originlly quoted.

July 2015 - My son's Galaxy S3 Mini wasn't powering up. Took it into these chaps and they discovered the battery had been over charged. Replaced battery and hooray...one happy son!
March 2016 - My nephew's Sony Xperia 2 had a cracked screen and signal issues. The chaps once again helped me out. They replaced the screen and ordered in a new antenna piece, took a couple of days to come in and complete but overall really pleased. Once again a happy customer.
July 2016 - My foster sister dropped her iPhone 4S and smashed both the front screen and the back of the phone. Dropped the phone in and was ready to colelct the next day. Good price, friendly and very efficient. Will always use these chaps!
