Hello everyone, I have had a stream of phone calls offering me an unbelievably good deal on a new phone contract. They were very pushy, so before committing to anything I involved my partner and we looked at their website that seemed incomplete. Then we googled their address that was at the bottom of an email that they sent to me which came up with Phones Ltd. The telephone numbers they had been using didn't match up with the genuine Phones Ltd phone number which we eventually rang and spoke to Andrew. Thank god for that! as Andrew explained how bad this scam is and he has a clear warning on his website not to give out bank details over the phone.

I'm a great believer in brand loyalty, but this time I would have been a fool not to switch! mpd have saved me over £23 per month, I got the phone I wanted, on a plan that suited me, for a price way less than my own network could provide. I even got to keep my number. Fantastic service, had my new phone in less than 24 hours! Will recommend you to all my friends.

I never write reviews but this one is needed! 02 wanted £45pm to upgrade to Samsung S8 from Samsung S7 edge. I use to pay £30pm for Unlimited text, calls and 3GB. I found Phones Ltd on Facebook. At first I thought they were too good to be true! But took my chance. I am so glad I did! What a fantastic company. They update you from beginning to end. Easy to contact by phone and straight forward! I now have an S8 for £32pm but with 10GB. I also got a deal which was £244 cash back on redemption (just means I get back in stages). This works out at £22pm. I am one HAPPY PERSON. I am still with 02. I just waited for my new phone to arrive. Rang 02 and asked them if I could keep my old number which all happened in 24hrs. I would 101% recommend Phones Ltd to everyone.

Got a great deal with Phones ltd.Was a bit unsure about keeping my number and getting a good deal with the same network but was advised well.Great comunications from them via Facebook Messenger,almost instant replies,and very friendly.I scoured the internet for days looking for the best deal and these guys came out on top for several phones I was looking at.I went for the Huwawei Mate 20 pro on EE.It was £20 a month cheaper than direct to EE. 15gb more data and no upfront cost where EE was £150.There was no hassle on messenger to try and get you to sign,just options and advice.Love the fact that the prices displayed are actually what you pay too,none of this after cashback nonsence.Straight up honesty. Would definetly recommend.

Ordered my new samsung S8 phone last friday after seeing a great deal online with them, received new phone yesterday ( monday ) great customer service and i got a great deal a lot better than going direct to the network provider, kept me informed from placing my order to the phone being dispatched with tracking details so i knew exactly when it was to be delivered. Highly recommend 5* service cannot fault the company.
