Went here today to set up a sim only deal for my mum, was served by a lovely girl called Jade, who was being helped as she is fairly new by another young lady, both were super friendly, helpful and efficient, also upgraded my contract with no problems, highly recommend, have been with 3 for a few years, never had a problem with customer service, or billing

After having a poor experience in the bury store we hopped on the A14 and headed here. Couldn't fault the service we got the store was busy and shows why staff were on it and even did us a deal on an existing contract and the new homefi one we took out shout out to jaoa and Casey brilliant teak members. Your bury store could learn alot from these guys absolutely superb. Will definitely use store again instead of over the phone.
