Had an appointment for an annual device MOT and arrived no more than 5 minutes before said appointment as instructed by the confirmation email, it took 11 minutes after the appointment time until I had even been acknowledged much less the appointment actually starting - it's supposed to be a 20 minute slot and has not started halfway through! Clearly more concerned with sales than support. Once I was finally seen to the service dramatically improved, gaining 2 stars. While there were all the hallmarks of sales I didn't feel pushed into anything as I was clearly not there to buy. The overall experience was fine but that greet certainly needs improvement!

Recently became a customer with EE and have visited this store 3 times in the past month to sort things out; the staff are extremely friendly and so helpful. Each time I've gone it's been pretty busy but staff do their best to see to you as soon as possible. Really good customer service.

The customer service here is wonderful and deserves a 5 star!!! These past months I have been waiting for the S21 5g to return, but they have been out of stock, so I have been ringing in often, and coming in to the store on some occasions. The staff have always been hospitable, lovely, always radiate warmth, kindness and are very positive in their approach!! I had such a horibble experience at the briggate EE store, so I popped in to this store and they helped me alot! They Pre - order my desired phone!! They didn't complain of myself coming and ringing often, but understood my passion to buy this special phone!! Which I patiently waited for! The customer service is excellent!!! Thank you for your hospitality, your ability to show empathy, compassion, and go the extra mile! I really appreciate it!!

I found the staff really helpful. Rather than just sell me what I thought I wanted they took the time to explain all the options. I got honest advice on handsets and was given time to try each one in store to assess their features. Alex the business manager went beyond the call of duty and I ended up with a fantastic business package that delivers 12 times more data than I had, unlimited calls etc and actually costs me less than my last contract. I give them 5 stars on their in store experience. But like another review said, they're not so good at picking up the landline phone (hence 4 stars) - but that can be improved on. Seriously though, I've been with O2, Orange, Vodaphone and I personally rate EE as the best mobile company I've dealt with.
