Great work! EE quoted me £200 for the same job and no guarantee to keep all data from the phone. These guys did it for way cheaper, kept all my data and everything took less than 5hrs. Very happy, really recommend!

I was having problems with my laptop for a while and then it decided to delete all programs. I took it to Fixtechnic who were excellent. They explained why the laptop had deleted everything and what they could do to to fix it. Four hours later I got my fully functioning laptop back. Its now as good as new Im delighted. My iPhone had frozen & I couldn’t access anything, photos, WhatsApp, my contacts, text messages,etc. I was so upset, as I thought everything was lost! I took my phone to Fixtechnic with very little hope that anything could be done, but the fabulous technician there,Noman, worked for hours on my old phone to get it working again! He was so kind, patient & calm! He gave me the confidence to believe not all was lost & was especially kind when I got upset about losing all my photos as my brother had passed away a few weeks before & I was desperate not to lose precious family memories with my brother! I was just so impressed by his dedication & perseverance! What an absolute star he was & I will be eternally grateful for the time & care he took to get my phone working & then everything backed up & on my new iPhone! Incredible! A huge thank you to Noman!

Popped into this little shop on the off cance they may be able to help with a problem with my computer, and it was sorted in minutes, and they even refused to charge me anything! Came in for a screen replacement on the Samsung A70. All the staff were very compliant and friendly. The job took less than a few hours to complete yet it was delivered at a high standard whilst being reasonably priced. I would 100% recommend and will definitely revisit.
