Superb service and very pleasant to deal with and the prices are reasonable. I have used them on previous occasions and this time I had a couple of items fixed. My surface pro 4 and my iPhone 13 screen both broke in an accident. The were fixed within a few hours and the battery was also replaced on the Microsoft surface pro 4. All in all a 10 /10 service.

Great job in salvaging my daughter’s iPad after an unsuccessful attempt by myself to replace a crack screen which resulted in a damage logic board. I was told by other shops that it was not repairable. They were able to repair the logic board and screen and it’s now as good as new. My daughter is happy and so am I.

Having been turned down by several repair shops, we brought our Nintendo Switch here. It wasn’t charging. Because of something to do with how they’re put together, many places don’t seem to want to do certain repairs on Nintendo Switches. At iPhone Repair Leeds, it was repaired. When another problem was discovered soon after the first repair, it was also tackled and for a fraction of the usual repair cost, since, although this problem wasn’t related to the first repair, we had been recent customers. Don't believe the negative reviews these guys are amazing. This is the second time I have used them. The first time they repaired my damaged charging port in less than 1 hour. The second time they pretty much replaced my whole phone in the same afternoon. They kept me informed by phone and even stayed late until nearly 8pm to ensure my phone was back with me as I was going away the next day. I will be definitely using them again and recommending them to all of my friends. Do not hesitate in using them as they are both technically excellent and have first class customer service.

I popped in on Sunday to get a quote for an iPhone 7 Plus broken screen. The man behind the counter quoted £100. I pointed out another shop in town was doing the same repair For £80 and he showed me the difference in the screens and offered a discount of £10 with a free screen protector, how could I refuse. The transaction was smooth and I’m happy with the repair.

Unfortunately I managed to smash the screen on my Samsung S5 mini and I'd only had the phone for 2 months on contract! I'd looked online to see prices and knew it was going to be fairly expensive with replacement screens and warnings about how delicate the screen a are on the S5. I bit the bullet and took it into the shop. I was quoted £140 and decided to get the repair. The shop were able to offer a repair within the hour and even fitted a glass screen protector free of charge when I asked. Fantastic! I was so pleased to get my phone back and all worked well. However, the next day I noticed the screen was not right. I took the phone back on the Sunday morning and the shop were happy to replace the screen. I understand that these phones are particularly tricky to fit. They wanted more time to fit the screen and had to leave the phone with them. I got my phone back at no extra cost, a new glass screen protector and they gave me a free leather case because of the delays. Great customer service. Would recommend. Thanks guys!

Lovely staff and friendly/super quick service :) went to get my iPhone 6 screen fixed after smashing it, and they replaced it within under half an hour and I have had no problems with the screen since even after dropping it several times! Superb service. no appointment needed, and the service was exceptionally fast. They showed me all the components used to fix my LCD of the best quality, and it was done within half an hour. Really pleased, saving me so much time instead of waiting for Virgin Media to sort it out! And also added me a really cool tempered glass screen cover. I only went to accompany a friend who needed a screen repair on his iPhone. The staff were brilliant, very knowledgeable. Stood talking to the owner who was very knowledgeable about the products he sells and repairs, easy to talk to an not at all condescending. Made us feel very comfortable. We were shown a range of screens that were available for the repair, 3rd party alternatives plus the original apple products which were very reasonably priced. The repair service was second to none We could have waited while the repair was done, a screen replaced in approx 20 mins. Not many shops can boast that they open for seven days a week but they are so if you need an emergency repair then I wouldn't hesitate to take it to these guys. Looking round the shop they also have a range of other branded phones, tablets and desktop computers for sale. I even noticed a number of games consoles for sale. I would definitely recommend anyone to go take a look, get a quote and take them up on their first class service, both for sales and repair.

Really impressed, called and asked if they would be able to fix my husbands iPad mini as he had damaged the screen behind the glass and my son had smashed the screen on his iPhone, the man I spoke to was really friendly and said he would be able to fix them both in an hour. I took them to the shop and I was really impressed, it looks small from outside but it is really big inside and full of everything you can imagine to do with Phones. The staff offered a 5* service and the items were completed within the hour as promised. Overall I will definitely be returning in the future rather than going to the apple shop direct. The person who served me knew the phone was for my son, so he added a screen protector on to his phone and gave him a pen to use on the iPhone free of charge which was a lovely touch. Great service and a huge store I got my iPhone 6s Plus screen repaired in 10 minutes with a free glass screen protector. Good service don't believe the fake reviews I heard what's going on. The phones that you buy from there, you can get them for a really good price and the screens last really long people say they are fake but the screens on the phones last really long. I Came across iPad screen repair in Leeds after scanning the net for a decent repair company giving a extended warranty taking in to consideration the touch screen can play up if not repaired adequately. From walking into the store booking my iPad in literally 1 hour later I got a call letting me know it's ready for collection. I had an issue with my iPhone 5 where it wouldn't turn on and my lock screen button wasn't working so I couldn't do a reset. Thinking I would need to get the lock button fixed which would of been £60, I took my phone into iPhone Repair. The lovely staff informed me that the battery needed pulling then putting back in which they did in minutes and didn't even charge me for it. I know other companies would be more inclined to fleece you wherever they can but not these guys. I had a great experience at this shop yesterday. The staff were really helpful and very knowledgeable about iPhone products. I went there to get my iPhone fixed as the screen had broken and they fitted a new screen and made sure the phone worked properly for a reasonable price. If you're interested in iPhone and apple products, ever need a new cover for your iPad or any new accessories you may desire, this is the perfect shop to go to. They have a great range to chose from if that's what you're after. I would definitely say I would return to the shop whenever I need to buy new accessories or to fix issues with my phones or tablet devices. 10/10

I would recommend this business highly. A lovely team of staff, who were straight to the point and very clear in explaining every part of the procedure my phone had to go through, after water damage. The service was swift and they couldn't have been more helpful and generous with their time and expertise. Although my iphone was beyond repair, due to a severely burnt motherboard, I left the shop feeling I'd been really well looked after, and even had a smile.

Do NOT go anywhere near this shop. I took my iPhone 6 for a screen repair and agreed the £60 fee. Went to collect the phone and they said it would be £75 as the staff member got the price wrong! I advised them that they couldn’t do that as I agreed the £60 and would not have paid £75. The manager was quite aggressive and said he’d put the old screen back. I said that was ok. Obviously he couldn’t do this as the screen was so damaged. Eventually the staff member who I agreed the price with came out gave me the phone for £60. However, they had taken the screws out off the phone so the screen was not fixed correctly and ultimately fell out. I didn’t realise any of this until I took it to another store in Harrogate and was told how awfully it had been repaired. I can only assume they purposefully did this. Liars and vindictive. I look forward to reading this is a fake review! It’s most definitely NOT!

My Sony voi laptop screen was flickering randomly all the time and I need to get it repaired as soon as possible. I rang around 10 shops in the Leeds and Bradford area and none of them had it in stock. The only place that had it shock was the mobile phone shop in Horsforth. They repaired it for £100 using a used screen as I am on a budget and a new one was around £200. I’m very please with the service and price. I will always be back for further repairs

I dropped my iPhone 5s on the station platform in London and the glass screen smashed, but had to get on the train to Leeds. I called iPhone Repair to check they could do a 'while you wait' repair and they explained how to find their shop from Leeds City Centre. It was about 15 minutes from the centre and was easy to find and park. I was on my way to a meeting and didn't have much time to spare, but they quickly and efficiently replaced the glass, installed a new earpiece that had also been damaged, put an extra protective layer of tempered glass over the top, a new case, and a car mounting device all for less than their competitors iPatch charge for a screen repair! After a number of recommendations from friends my daughter and I traveled 10 miles to iPhone Repair Ltd to get our broken screens fixed for our iPhone 4s'. I went in to the shop with a iPad with a broken LCD screen and the repairs were fantastic. At first I was a bit skeptical about ordering from these guys because I had never heard of them. They actually had genuine apple digitizers for iPad right there in the store they are one of only two places in Leeds that have them (and the fact is they are £50 cheaper than the other is just awesome). Looking around on the internet, I had not seen anyone with the same standards as these guys it was almost too good to be true. The fact that they were here in Leeds I could not believe my luck. It was only my lcd that needed repairing but any other shop that I went into said that I would have to pay if they broke the digitizer which would be another £50 however not these guys they were so confident in there work that they could replace the screen and make it like new and if they did brake it they would repair the digitizer free of charge and it would not be a cheap replacement it would be a genuine apple product. They repaired the screen in just under and hour and the results were incredible it was like new. I would not even have to think to go back for another repair on any other of my devices I would be straight there. I would also recommend them to anybody. I could not fault anything that they said or did with my iPad Seems not many people know about these guys, but trust me, they are legit and no, I do not work for them so I'm not trying to hype them up because of that. This is my first review that I have ever written and honestly that is for a reason I have never thought I would receive such amazing service from a shop to make me do it but today I just could not fault them it was perfect the best shopping experience of my life. My 3 year old son got hold of my Ipad 3 and chucked it down the stairs. It had been dropped many times before, but this time there was no chance of survival the screen was ruined with pieces of glass actually falling out and the touch screen completely unresponsive. My first thought was to head over to the Apple store in leeds city centre , but being new to the area decided to google around for cheaper more reasonable repair shops. Found ipad repair leeds and decided to call them as they had very respectable reviews on google as well as other sites and was quoted a very reasonable price on the phone for a glass replacement.The all round service in the the store was very good and as promised on the phone. the repair itself had a very quick turn around time as promised, the screen was replaced and 100% working in 30 mins which gave me just enough time to get a Coffee from Costa conveniently located just a few doors down :). Talk about service, never been so pleased/ relieved with a tech repair ever! Highly recommendable if your unfortunate enough like me to crack your Ipad screen. I had previously had the screen of my iPod Touch repaired elsewhere in Leeds but this week the screen panel came loose and cracked again. Took it to AAiPhones and they were outstanding and extremely helpful. Turns out the previous job had been botched: they had used superglue and had failed to reshape the frame meaning the screen was not flush. However at AAiPhones they did a proper and thorough job using the proper adhesive and adjusting the frame to ensure the new screen was flush. The customer service was excellent and the technician checked everything was working (home button, camera) before releasing it back to me. Not only that but the cost of the repair was nearly half the price of the previous botched job elsewere! Turns out they have been there in Horsforth for quite some time - only wish I had found them before as it would have saved me a lot of money, time and hassle. If you need a screen repair don't risk other places - I highly recommend AAiPhones for their excellent service and reasonable pricing.

Absolutely brilliant. My phone decided to stop charging and i've dealt with Apple directly in the past who I found difficult and unhelpful. I decided to go to AA Phone repairs in Horsforth who were extremely helpful from the off. They identified the problem and fixed the issue extremely quickly (and cheaper than going directly to Apple!). The customer service was first class and I really felt confident that they knew what they were doing and that my phone would be back in working order again. After picking up my newly fixed phone, I found that my microphone wasn't working properly, I took it back to them and they fixed the problem really quickly again. My phone is my work phone and I was worried about missing out on business, however due to the excellent work there I was back receiving calls within a couple of hours. If I ever I have any issues again I know i'll be going straight back there as it is somewhere affordable that I know can be trusted. My advice is don't wait weeks for Apple to sort it, just go to New Road Side in Horsforth and you'll be looked after and have your phone back fixed very quickly! Couldn't recommend them more!

So i had an ipad with a shattered screen and no sound from the speaker. From research ,repairs for the screen started from just £30!!, as i have used the guys before i decided to get some advise. Straight away i was advised that, YES, cheap screens are available but they are cheap "Acrylic" versions probably from China and would cause no end of problems, this was the help i needed as the cheaper option would have led to more heart ache!!. When i returned to collect, as previously explained over the phone during the process, the replacement part that they fitted sadly didn't solve the sound issue and they offered to keep trying for a solution to the unknown problem. As i made my way to the shop, i expected to have to pay for the part even though it didn't solve as it wasn't the fault of the technician and of course his time!, what i was greeted with was, no charge for the non fix, just the screen that looked superb!!, genuine glass, then i was given a solution to the external sound in a wireless bluetooth mini speaker which was demonstrated and was very impressed with, they even let me have it at cost to ensure a left a satisfied customer. I have no reason to go elsewhere in the future for help!, Many thanks.

We've used iPhone Repair in Horsforth on a number of occasions and have always been very pleased with the level of service and the quality of the repairs. They've got some great premises in a convenient location with plenty of parking nearby. They are able to complete most repairs whilst you wait or you can leave it with them if your in a rush. With a young family we have our fair share of broken gadgets. We've had a iPhone4s screen (twice), an iPad2 screen and most recently a bent iPhone5 repaired, which they straightened out and replaced the screen, and would otherwise have been beyond economical repair. With the low repair prices, convenience and the fact the devices are returned to good as new condition it's really not worth making an insurance claim. Highly recommended.

I had the misfortune of smashing the screen of my ipad air 128GB, and I went to the Apple store in Leeds where I was quoted £380 for a repair which I found unusual because only some of the glass screen was broken. I was in horsforth and I dropped my iphone and smashed the screen. The screen was completely blannk and cracked and I needed my phone all day. I read some of the reviews on their google+ page and was quite shocked with the bad reviews , which did knock my confidence however as the desperation of needed my phone fixing I thought I would at least pop into the store as they did have some good reviews. The phone has still a couple of months to run on its warranty, so could have sent it away for foc repair, but this can take 2 weeks. NEXUS 5 Repaired. I dropped my Nexus 5 in the garage and it cracked all the glass, the digitiser worked fine but it needed a repair. Basically the glass cant be simply switched out as its glued to the digitiser and really needs specialist tools to repair. The other option is to replace the glass, digitiser and bezel for the front of the phone. Rang iPhone Repair Ltd and they checked that they had stock over the phone. Quoted me a price, which after looking on eBay for the same part was fair and looked like only a small charge was being made for the labour costs of physically replacing the front of the phone. Took the phone in next day and was advised would take an hour but they had several phones to do, left the phone at 12:30pm and picked it up repaired at 15:30 all brand new, clean and working as good as new. Happy to recommend these guys are they are realistic about their prices, the work environment is really clean and the pictures on the website are accurate, by that I mean they arent pictures of them setting up in a new clean shop with loads of stock, it really is like that now. Clean and full of stock. Lets just hope I don't have to use them again, but if I do then I will.. Cheers Stuart

I was glad that I decided to take my Ipad to iphone repair. I previously took my Ipad3 to a repair shop in Chapel Allerton to be diagnosed.He told me that I had a faulty logics board he then told me it would £160 then passed me my ipad back in bits. At Iphone repair it was a completely different service instead of a up stair scruffy office it is a professional shop and repair centre. I was told it could be a faulty coil for the LCD screen this was more plausibly as I had done some research to what the problem could be. I was given a set price for the repair as it turned out the ribbon connector for the LCD was faulty they also straightened the bezel and cleaned the LCD screen without any extra cost it is now like new. Overall a professional service would highly recommend.

Got a quote over the phone for a iphone fixing was told £50 ,took it same day and was told £100 for fix but £50 no fix, i was told 2 days to fix it, a week later after no call back i rang they said it was fixed,went to pick up the next day and was told it was £160 i asked if they could bring the price down a bit and he said £155, paid for it on my debit card and they charged me £160.. They did fix the phone but not when they said they was going too and three times the original price quoted never again.... I have just been notified by my gmail account about this review and i have never seen or write this ever, nor have i ever visited this store... i cant delete it but i have changed it to 5 stars so hope that helps
