Look like buying online was buying from a different business as they were just trying to get that one cancelled and make me take another contract despite being unable to give me the same deal as the one I had online. Not impressed by the service, should try to resolve the customer problems first, before trying to make another sale
L. M.I have had several excellent experiences at this o2 store, the people that work there are very friendly and helpful if you approach them the same way. I am a repeat customer, it feels like I go there almost every day! Whether it's helping me with my contract or helping me set up my phone, there are always people there to help. They have a bit of banter sometimes which you can get in on and feel like part of a family (The dad is the one with the beard!) As with pretty much all retail stores, if you go in kicking and screaming you aren't going to get anywhere, they're human after all and no one likes being talked to like crap. Just wish they had decent uniforms and nametags so i can put names to faces. All in all, excellent experience.
