I had a good experience with King Richard mobile. Fortunately we happen to be neighbours and my items were collected from home which is kind of them to do that. I should stress that any problems are resolved without any issues. I would highly recommend them, they have good customer service and patience.

The gentleman running this shop is patient, polite and professional. I had first gone in to the shop few months back as I was having difficulty in sending some attachments from my old phone and was treated with respect, understanding and the gentleman helped me in sending the attachments. As my old phone had been playing up lately and I needed a replacement I had no hesitation going to this shop to buy a replacement. The gentleman gladly helped settkng up the new phone and transfer all data from the old phone to the new one. I have no hesitation recommending this shop.

I had a problem with my samsung phone speaker, so I took it there. It was dealt with straight away, only charged me £40. Before I went to this place, another repair shop quoted me £100 for the same job, and they said they would have to break the screen to open the phone. I am very pleased with the service. They have professional I.T. technicians. I would really recommend this place. Very trust worthy too.
