d. m.Went Inn to sort my SIM card problem out the staff gave me the house landline and told me to ring customer service??? Once they answered the phone they couldn't hear me ?? Then I was told ring the service centre from home ???. No help for my issue .The staff Instore are ok but I don't think they have got a clue not there fault . I won't be back any time soon

T. S.Went into the branch/store today with the mother looking to get a contract out was greeted with a warm welcome, was directed to a young gent by the name of Dhruv who was exceptional. He listened and fully understood the situation and gave me multiple options that i could go down, when it came to the final option i needed to think about it and he suspended the deal for x amount of time and suggested to go away and think about it as he understood that i needed to think about it.
An hour later we went back and i decided to go ahead with the the offer in which i am very pleased with. Dhruv is definitely an asset to o2, exceptional people talker, not a pushy salesman and a honest guy who explains everything really well.
What pushed me to do the offer was the fact that he was honest, a people talker and not a pushy salesman (that is what made me do it the most).
100% pleased with the service i received for Dhruv and his colleagues today would recommend anyone to this place. Thank you again Dhruv.

They are able to help you with anything you want and that you can't get by calling customer service. If you are an O2 customer or someone looking forward to joining O2, this is a good place to go.
G. H.I nipped into this branch for a case and screen protector for my new work phone as O2 has a great variety of high quality accessories. I was served by a lady called Bushra who was very helpful; she went to the stock room to get me all available accessories for my phone and put the screen protector on for me too. She was lovely and gave me great service, I'd definitely recommend her and this branch as a whole!
