d. o.Great Service from Leon, the store Manager today. Who said Customer Service was dead? Oh yeah .. that was me! Well, I was wrong. Patience, expertise, friendly, informative as this Manager took the time to explain all the options to improve what is a very dodgy, fractured broadband network that I've in my new flat. If you want real help and understanding then head straight for this store - don't waste your time going anywhere else!

G. N.I want to say thank you to Leon and Shaheen today. They were short of staff (two persons) and they still managed to serve me with a smile. They are credit to Three. I can not speak more high of them customer service. My brother often struggles with the language barrier but they made feel at ease and tried the best. This is why I feel I have to share this with you as watching this take place made me realize people can be nice in this world. Thank you
P. D.Shaheen was amazing, patient, friendly and she can cope under pressure. She had loads of customers waiting for her but she was not flustered and made sure everyone was happy.
She deserves a pay rise. Leon was also helpful and finished setting up my phone.
A. A.Yesterday I went to Three shop in High Cross Leicester to get some help and advice with SIM card due to change of a phone. Leon, the store manager helped me and my husband with all the necessary advice and he went above and beyond by transferring the SIM card details from my old phone to the new one . We received personal service second to none. Leon is an outstanding individual and I will always recommend him for the excellent service he gave us. My only sorrow is that I can only give 5 stars out of 5 instead of 6 out of 5. Thank you Leon, you are the best!!!
M. A.Stefania was my superhero today.. She helped me with everything I needed whether about the broadband or other personal stuff since I am new in town.. She is very kind and humble, she makes you feel you’re family.. I loved how she made me leave the shop so happy and relieved after days of worrying.. I wish her a bright future just like her spirit.. I would definitely recommend Three to anyone who will come to Leicester because of her service..
