The staff at the EE shop in lincoln are very very good. The sales person E J that I dealt with was extremely helpful in assisting me in upgrading my old galaxy s10e phone to a galaxy z3 flip, he transferred everything that was on my old phone to the new one. FIVE STARS The only query I have is in the shop I was informed that my monthly contract cost would be £38 per month but when I have looked at my account on the EE app on my phone it is showing that the cost is £48 per month!!!!????? Which I do not understand which is the correct amount ONE STAR.

I went in yesterday and sourced 2 new phone contracts for myself and my partner. I was served by Meg and I could not praise her highly enough,she went through all the different plans in plain English and was eager to find me the best deal. The rest of her colleagues were very friendly and I will recommend them to every one!

I'm on their network and the one time I came into the shop to register I was waiting for quite a while since the few staff were focussed on someone else. However when I was dealt with they were very friendly and quick, and helped me choose the right package for me. I haven't had a problem with the network so far.

I was yet again well looked after. The only issue was that it was yet again, that I had to visit the store, for some reason the touch screen is breaking down on my phone, making it a bit annoying and difficult to use. I had to wait until the following day to get a replacement devices delivered to me this is the third one of these phones now and two others packed up with exactly the same problem.

I got my EE subscription from this shop. There is always a big queue. Unfortunately the nature of providing you with a mobile phone/contract is complicated with lots of paperwork and a computer system to deal with. I can understand how people get frustrated but this is only a small shop with a limited capacity to handle customers. I have always found the people to be capable and helpful once you actually get to the front of the queue.

As for the staff I have to say can't ask for better well done. As for the shop it was freezing , people even left, as you are sat for a while it's hard to keep warm, by time I had finished myblegs hurt from the cold,

Was seen quite quickly, disappointed that wasn't informed that the phone I chose didn't come with headphones, even though I upgraded my package to come with apple music. Upsell opportunities missed. Shopped elsewhere for headphones.
