I took my Samsung Galaxy J7plus to get a screen replacement to my local fonedoctor in grantham but was sent to Lincoln, it cost me 100£ which isnt bad considering how big my screen is, I'm very happy with how it turned out there is a tiny issue my front camera has a tiny bit of foam over it but not enough to stop it from working. Everything else is completely fine. Very happy

The day before lockdown I took my Samsung tablet into the shop. I had to leave it with them. A wifi problem. I must say ,I was kept informed on what would be happening to it and within three weeks I had it back. Brilliant service.

Amazing. Apple i phone 5se . Apple store Meadow hall quoted £250 repair, diagnosed by fone doctor as I expected to be the charging port. Fixed for £29! BRILLIANT service done while we waited. THANK YOU SO MUCH FONE DOCTOR. Very poor of Apple for a 15 month old phone though!

Brilliant service! They are a very professionally ran business and take pride in their service. Couldn't recommend enough! I have a Nokia 7.1 and the screen cracked. They said the part can take 3-7 working days to be ordered in, not a problem considering it isn't a very popular phone. Note that Apple and Samsung screens are often held in stock so the wait time is a lot shorter. It would be up to 3 working days after handing my phone to them for it to be repaired at their service centre but I was able to pick it up after 2 days.

An excellent place to have your smartphone repaired. Knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful staff. Other than basic problems, phones have to be sent away to a central workshop & they aim to have them back to the customer in 5-7 days. Sim and SD cards are removed and given to you for safe keeping. My phone was returned in 6 days in immaculate condition. Charges I thought were completely reasonable. The outlet itself in the Frenchgate centre (Doncaster) carries a good range of accessories. I would not use anywhere else in the town.
