Fantastic service, finished in less than one hour from drop off. My broken phone looks brand new again and it is so much brighter than the last screen I had fitted, really high quality of parts used. Others companies are certainly not using the same quality of parts as this shop. Can’t recommend this gentleman enough. Thanks.

I’ve used Lincolnshire Communications a couple of times now for iPad repairs. Shaun is knowledgeable and gets the work done to a high standard and with quick turn around times whilst being reasonably priced. Very happy to recommend.

Was in getting a screen replacement for a iphone 7. The screen was fitted within the hour,unfortunately the screen didn't work right,with the top half of the screen not picking up touch. After coming in the following morning he quick set to work testing the screen. Finally replacing it for a new one the phone works just fine after. whiled i was in the store i tested him with some question to do with the repair at witch i had some past experiences. all in all the gent knows his stuff and is a fair and honest worker he all also took some phone calls whiled i waited and dealt with other customers he always went that extra mile to help them whether it be offering a free look at there device or even offering to order in ipad covers that he did not have in store. hes a good guy 5 star all day :D

Just had 2 i phone screens repaired in under 40 minutes.. i went next door and had a breakfast and came back... jobs done.. the gentleman even fitted screen protectors on and threw a new cable in for free £75 was the total cost and 40 minutes to complete the two phones. great service that i would bother to review. thank you

So far this is the ONLY phone repair store I would recommend in Lincoln. I made an enquiry via the website for having a screen replaced and a reply was received within 30 mins with the best quote to date. On arrival I was immediately impressed with the set up, you could see the repair station openly, and being an aviation engineer, that ticked some big personal boxes. The proprietor instantly came over as knowledgeable in all aspects of the field, probably has forgotten more than other less reputable repair shop workers know. Which brings me to the final part of this around positive review, during the screen replacement he noted and rectified mistakes that another local repair shop had made when they replaced the screen 6 months earlier. Just one thing to note, and it's a minor thing in my opinion, if you're told it will be ready in an hour and it's a Saturday afternoon, come back in two. The level of repair workmanship is so worth the wait.
