J. T.I take my mum here every year for her phone. The staff explain things really well and are very patient with us, which is hugely appreciated. Sometimes the wait can be quite long but last time we went in there was somebody to help us straight away, which is almost unheard of in a mobile phone shop! Very happy with the service and level of customer care.
