So I went to Liverpool to get my phone fixed under warranty... after about 45 minutes of waiting they said its not under warranty and would take 5 days for it to be repaired.... popped into this little gem of a shop and my phone was repaired within the hour... the quality of the work is amazing I am really impressed I work in a phone repair shop myself and couldn't fault it at all.... I will definitely recommend you to everyone who lives in Liverpool from now on

Very pleased with the service I received today. Amazing staff who took care off repairing my cracked apple laptop screen very last minute. Huge mention to Shah and Frank who made everything so easy. 10/10 would highly recommend.

When I first read this I saw other peoples reviews I was was thinking that it isn't likely for a place to get (at the time of this review) 4.9 out of 5 stars ⭐️ I though it was going to be a scam or something, when I went there was a short waiting time because I went I peak time (the wait was about 10 minutes) then I was greeted by the technician who was not only good at explaining things in understandable way but also compared their prices to other companies (in my situation Apple) but also polite, presentable and talked about other options that I could choose if I didn't want to get my device repaired at 'iSmash'. I my situation I needed a screen replacing a new protective cover, cleaning and a systems check. I paid about £120 with some discount because I had some services with 'Sky' and they share a store so there is discounts for customers. The whole process took about 45 minutes which, when compared to Apples quote of £360 and they would need my phone for 6-8 days and I would need a data transfer. I don't believe that I got the guys name but my phone was cracked and falling apart and it holds my life on it as I use it more than any other device, the guy was truly awesome, both professionally and personally, and this place really saved my butt. I thought it would be some shady back street dealer of new phone parts but I couldn't have been more wrong. If you have any doubts about this place I would just recommend checking it out you can always walk away if you aren't happy, they also offer a life time guarantee on their repairs compared to 'Apples' 3 months. If I genuinely have any other issues with my phone (I think they do tablets and stuff too, I didn't read the website) 😅 I would go here first, awesome service 100% would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Been meaning to type this review & now here it is -- A position review from my position experience. First time coming here and finally getting the battery of my iPhone SE fixed after so many years it's been faulty/broken [because I'm too anxious to deal with shops/staff etc] but the staff named 'Francisco' (?) [sorry I have bad spelling] was very nice , friendly, very welcoming and professional, and answered my questions for info that I wanted to know, for instance, respecting my privacy on my phone etc, when fixing my phone etc. Very satisfied and it went very well, eased my anxiety etc. Understanding, calm and patient. For my first experience, I am satisfied and would go again if I have any issues with my phone again. The battery in my phone works and I am satisfied I can use my iPhone SE again without having to buy a whole new phone which helps me save money too. Very professional, in the workplace location and also the website itself with providing all the details I need to know etc specific etc. I felt assured. OH! also the security is very friendly, haha bless

Excellent service. I had to repair my OnePlus 7 pro rear glass beacuse it was cracked. At first I spoke with Francesco, he was very keen to help and professional, they didn't have the replacement part in store so they ordered it and while I waited for it to arrive( it took just 4 days during Christmas times) I kept my phone with me. Once the part arrived they sent me a message so I went there once again, this time I was welcomed by Shah, also very professional and well-disposed. He let me inspect the replacement part with no hurry or pressure whatsoever so that I could see if it was to my liking. After that I gave him my phone, after less than an hour it was ready to be picked up and looked like new. Really good service and highly trained staff. Highly recommended!
