Went in about six months ago, sorry I mean two weeks ago to get my phone fixed. Troublesome customer came in with a chin mask. This yute stank of shyte weighed 60 stone a proper weasel. The staff handled this chunk very well and removed him into the waste disposal effectively. Great service would recommend again.

Got some work done on my phone. Exceptional quality and great service. I feel bad for the staff though. When I was in there was another "customer" who was simply appalling. Was about the size of a dump truck and smelt like a 28 day off carton of milk yamming on to the staff. They handled it very professionally. Honestly who goes out in public without washing like that.

Came in for a battery replacement for my fiancée's phone. Ahmad was able to diagnose, fix the problem and have the phone ready for collection within the hour (several other people came in for repairs/advice in the meantime). I smashed my iPhone XS Max screen and needed a repair fast, they completed it in less than an hour despite being super busy. After a day or so I noticed screen bleed and took it back to them the following weekend, they remembered me and were more than happy to replace the screen again. Again, the repair was quick. Excellent service. I had an iPhone unlocked while I was in Liverpool for business. On returning to Glasgow the phone was still locked. Fearing the worst, I got back in contact on the off chance they may do something. Sure enough they resolved the problem within a day.

Really great service at this place. My iPhone 7 was water damaged and I took it in early morning for repair. The guy looked at it immediately and attempted to repair it there and then. Unfortunately it was damaged on the motherboard and he had to send it away. It was fixed within 2 days and the guy kept me posted on a phone that he kindly lent me! He charged a very reasonable price as well. I highly recommend this place for excellent, friendly service.

I cannot thank L1 Phone Clinic enough they worked very hard to find my daughter a replacement phone aded a,sim and credit and a laptop due to an emergency in the family which would have left them stranded. Thank you all. The price quality of the products are excellent, in good condition and working well I now have a happy grandson who can do his homework and a working phone. All this was carried out by phone cals to them. Highly recommended.

After been given a quote of £500 by Apple to fix my camera on my iPhone, an Apple Genius actually recommended I go to this store to get my camera fixed. The store was initially wanting a price too expensive to fix this, considering it was a small piece of Glass, however we settled a reasonable price and my phone was fixed within 30 minutes! I was fortunate to come across this phone shop as the others I went to actually made my phone worse, one ruined the touch part after replacing a screen (not sure how) and another blew my back light out (the tool had the power on whilst trying to replace the screen). L1 Phone Clinic fixed the touch part, the backlight and screen even after somebody else had messed it up (after visiting a few shops before going in to town (I don’t live in town) they said they wouldn’t even touch a phone after somebody else had messed with it). Another good thing about the shop is it’s been there for a while as I used to walk past it to get the bus, most shops pop up and go after a few months, which is why I went there in the first place as the other shop I went to in town was no longer there. I will only be going here from now on as I wasted days and weeks and still never got back a working phone. Thanks

I was in here the other day getting excellent customer service as usual with my elderly and frail grandma, when all over a sudden a fat young woman (possible lesbian?) barged in. This place is great if you need your phone fixed quickly. Broke the LCD and screen on my phone on a weekend, tried calling many shops but none keep the LCD parts in store so it would have taken a few days. L1 phone clinic did it on the same day, and for £20-40 cheaper than some of the quotes I was getting elsewhere. It was fixed within an hour of dropping it off, despite them being very busy and fixing a few other phones at the same time. Excellent customer service and very friendly also

Dropped my new phone and cracked the screen. The man in the shop was very helpful and friendly. Instead of going straight for the jugular and telling me I must have it fixed, he said it was working fine and only needed to have it fixed if I wanted. He told me if I waited a couple of months, the price to fix it would drop significantly (it's a new model) and we put a case and screen protector on instead. £15 instead of £100. He even shook my hand when we finished. Marvellous service! It always makes me feel confident when a person doesn't insist the expensive option is the only option.
