Went to get my daughter the new iPhone max Pro. The person who dealt with us was very professional. The service was very quick, no waitiing and she had the new mobile within 20 mins of entering the 02 shop the staff are very helpful and friendly I would recommend the 02shop in Aintree

I love going here, its not my closest store however i would travel longer if it meant seeing the team there. Phil the manager is polite, knowledgeable and a stand up guy, in the midst of the pandemic he managed to keep each area clean and tidy and ensured social distancing was of paramount importance. We dealt with his assistant manager Connor who was the same in terms of his knowledge and found the perfect upgrade for me, and even managed to sway my partner from her existing phone contact on another operator to a better tariff that suited her way of life better. If you're unsure on an upgrade or if you want friendly impartial advice on your handset or tariff, you have to 100% go in and ask for their help. Perfect service. Thanks Alex

We previously used 02 either in Ormskirk or Aintree for our upgrades of our phones. We recently visited the Aintree store and were served by kellie. She was polite.professional and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble! I definitely would recommend the Aintree store and if you need any assistance there just ask for Kellie. She's so good

Staff at this particular store are very Knowledgeable, polite & helpful went in with a request I had to unblock an active number I previously used and for the number to be transfered over to a new sim card. This was all sorted by a staff member with no issues once I provided I.D to prove it was the account holder. I was also given the direct number to call for the O2 department/team that would lift the number block that was currently on the line which I called to be applied as lost my phone once again no issues, complaints throughout the whole process from myself would recommend using the services from this O2 branch in Aintree they are excellent 🌟

Went in with a mobile phone problem. They sorted it. Clean and tidy. Helpful staff.

Purchased a phone to be picked up via click and collect. Upon arrival, there was no waiting around. The staff were helpful and dealt with my order promptly. I was in and out in less than ten minutes.
