I went into the shop with a problem with my mobile. The staff were very polite and helpful especially Taylor and Amera. They were very patient and gave 100° in resolving the issue. I would highly recommend them for any problems 02 customers may face.

Me & my partner was looking for a new phone, we searched multiple phone shops, all rude and didn’t want our service, we went into O2 and it was a completely different story, we was welcomed with a smile by Jenna and she helped us find the best deal the phone we was wanting. Even though it wasn’t the *best* deal on the market, the customer service made it worth every penny!

Went in before Christmas and brought 2 new A21s phones, Jess who served us was very feiendly, polite, informative and understanding to our requirements. We had to go back in the store again on the 30th dec and this time served by Ryan, Ryan had only just entered the store to start his shift and saw that people were waiting so jumped in to help by serving us. Once again Ryan friendly, polite and understood our requirements. He also had time to go through a few options for earphones that I wanted for my phone. First of all thank you both for your outstanding service that you provided I would also like to thank all the staff we met on our visits to the store on both occasions
