When I arrived the phone wasn't there, but was looked after by all the staff, especially the manager, talked to O2 representative over the phone to clarify when the phone would be here and even called me later that day when the phone was ready for collection. H. C.Went to the o2 shop yesterday to sort my broken phone that I've been paying a ridiculous amount for on the contract. Once I told them how much I was paying, not only did they give me an early upgrade for a new iPhone 7 for an amazing price, they've close to halved my monthly contract bill.
I was dealing with Graeme and a bearded long haired lad (who's name I didn't quite catch) who were nothing but helpful and made me and my little puppy issy feel so welcome in the shop.
I can't thank both of you enough. Absolute lovely bunch of staff!
