I was kindly assisted by the manager. Ryan I think. He helped me review all of my current contracts with 02 including working out how much I currently spend and to assist me in understanding where I might be able to save money. I was also looking for a broadband deal and he was able to quickly and efficiently find me a deal that matched my needs. What was really impressive is that whilst it was a little busy, I still felt like the only customer in the shop.

Excellent staff and fantastic customer service. Upgraded my phone today with Scott. Not only was he efficient and helpful, but he also managed to find me some discounts including some corporate discounts that I was unaware of, saving me a fair bit of cash. Great customer service and if you need to visit an O2 shop, this is the one to go to.

Typical 02 mobile phone outlet, Easy access, parking, good dis-abled access and parking, it's right in the middle of the retail park, next to McDonald's! Staff are great, very friendly, helpful, professional, not to "pushy"! There are also, 02 "guru's on site, which is good, for free advice and guidance of whatever device you have got!! Well recommended!!! (But, only if you are with 02!!! - "LOL")!!!!
